उपप्रधानमन्त्री पौडेलको आग्रह : ‘राम्रा कामलाई जनतासमक्ष पुर्याउन सहयोग गर्नुहोस्’Deputy Prime Minister Poudel Urges: ‘Communicate Good Works of the Government to the Public’
उपप्रधानमन्त्री तथा अर्थमन्त्री विष्णुप्रसाद पौडेलले सरकारले गरेका राम्रा कामहरूलाई जनतासमक्ष पुर्याउन आग्रह गरेका छन् ।
शनिबार काठमाडौंमा आयोजित नेपाल आर्थिक पत्रकार समाज (सेजन)को २७ औं वार्षिक साधारण सभालाई सम्बोधन गर्दै मन्त्री पौडेलले सेजनसँग मन्त्री तथा नेताहरूसम्म आफ्ना विचार पुर्याउने सामर्थ्य रहेको उल्लेख गरे । उनले सेजनले मुलुकको अर्थतन्त्रको विकासका विविध विषयमा निरन्तर योगदान गर्दै आएको भन्दै प्रशंसा गरे ।
पौडेलले भने, “मन्त्री, नेतालाई तानेर ल्याएर आफ्ना कुरा सुनाउने ल्याकत सेजनसँग छ । सेजनले देशको अर्थतन्त्रको विकासमा विभिन्न विषयमा सहयोग गरिरहेको छ । सामान्यतया मान्छेलाई आलोचना सुन्न मन लाग्दैन, प्रशंसा सुन्न मन लाग्छ ।”
उनले थपे, “सरकारले गरेका राम्रा कामहरू पनि देख्नुभयो भने त्यसलाई जनतासामु संप्रेषित गरिदिनुस् । अहिलेको सरकारले आलोचना सुन्ने हैसियत पनि राखेको छ ।”
मन्त्री पौडेलले आलोचनासँगै प्रशंसालाई पनि सन्तुलित रूपमा प्रस्तुत गर्नुपर्नेमा जोड दिँदै, पत्रकार समाजसँग निष्पक्ष जानकारी जनतासम्म पु¥याउन आग्रह गरे ।
Kathmandu – Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Poudel has urged stakeholders to communicate the government’s positive works to the public.
Addressing the 27th Annual General Meeting of the Society of Economic Journalists of Nepal (SEJON) in Kathmandu on Saturday, Minister Poudel remarked that SEJON has the capacity to bring ministers and leaders to discussions and convey their views effectively. He also praised SEJON for continuously contributing to the development of the country’s economy through various initiatives.
Poudel stated, “SEJON has the ability to bring ministers and leaders, to put forth their views and issues. It has been supporting the development of the national economy on multiple fronts. Generally, people do not like to hear criticism; they prefer to hear praise.”
He further added, “If you see the good works of the government, please communicate them to the people as well. The current government has the capacity to listen to criticism too.”
Minister Poudel emphasized that both criticism and appreciation should be balanced, calling on the journalists’ community to ensure that fair and accurate information is disseminated to the public.
