दोर्दी खोला जलविद्युत कम्पनी लिमिटेडले १०० प्रतिशत हकप्रद सेयर बिक्री गर्न बुक क्लोज मिति तय गरेको छ। कम्पनीको निर्णयअनुसार फागुन १५ गते बुक क्लोज गरिनेछ, जसअनुसार फागुन १४ गतेसम्म कायम सेयरधनीहरू मात्र हकप्रद सेयर भर्न योग्य हुनेछन्।
✔ १००% हकप्रद सेयर बिक्री: दोर्दी खोलाले १:१ अनुपातमा हकप्रद सेयर जारी गर्दैछ।
✔ बुक क्लोज मिति: फागुन १५ गते बुक क्लोज, फागुन १४ गतेसम्मका सेयरधनी योग्य।
✔ हकप्रद सेयरको संख्या: नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको स्वीकृतिअनुसार १ करोड ५ लाख ४२ हजार ६०४ कित्ता सेयर बिक्री गरिनेछ।
✔ चुक्ता पुँजीमा वृद्धि:
हालको चुक्ता पुँजी १ अर्ब ५ करोड ४२ लाख ६० हजार ४०० रुपैयाँ।
हकप्रद सेयरपछि पुँजी २ अर्ब १० करोड ८५ लाख २० हजार रुपैयाँ पुग्नेछ।
✔ सेयरधनीका लागि अवसर: हालका लगानीकर्ताले आफ्नो स्वामित्व विस्तार गर्ने अवसर पाउनेछन्।

Dordi Khola Hydropower Company Limited has announced the book closure date for the issuance of 100% right shares. As per the company’s decision, the book closure will be on Falgun 15, meaning only shareholders holding shares until Falgun 14 will be eligible to apply for the right shares.
✔ 100% Right Share Issuance: Dordi Khola is issuing right shares in a 1:1 ratio.
✔ Book Closure Date: Falgun 15, shareholders holding shares until Falgun 14 will be eligible.
✔ Number of Right Shares: Nepal Securities Board has approved the issuance of 10,542,604 right shares.
✔ Increase in Paid-up Capital:
Current paid-up capital: NPR 1.0542 billion.
After right share issuance: NPR 2.1085 billion.
