घोराही सिमेन्ट इण्डष्ट्री लिमिटेडले सेयरधनीहरूलाई १०.५३ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। मंसिर १२ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समिति बैठकले १० प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर र कर प्रयोजनका लागि ०.५२ प्रतिशत नगद गरी कुल १०.५३ प्रतिशत लाभांश दिने निर्णय गरेको हो।
कम्पनीले सो लाभांश प्रस्ताव पारित गर्न पुस १४ गते, सोमबार दाङको घोराही उपमहानगरपालिका–१५, भरतपुरस्थित होटल पौवामा बिहान ९ बजे पाँचौँ वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) आह्वान गरेको छ।
सभाले लाभांश वितरणसम्बन्धी विशेष प्रस्तावका साथै अन्य महत्वपूर्ण एजेन्डाहरू पनि पेश गर्नेछ।

हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजी तथा सञ्चित मुनाफाभन्दा बढी रकमका बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट लिएका ऋण स्वीकृत गर्ने
संस्थापक सेयरधनी समूहबाट सञ्चालकहरूको निर्वाचन गर्ने
आगामी आर्थिक वर्षका लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्त गर्ने
बुकक्लोज मंसिर २६ मा
कम्पनीले साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरण प्रयोजनका लागि मंसिर २६ गते एक दिनका लागि बुकक्लोज गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ।
यसअनुसार मंसिर २५ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई नाम दर्ता भएका सेयरधनीहरू AGM मा सहभागी हुन र प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न योग्य हुनेछन्।

Ghorahi Cement Industry Limited has announced a 10.53% dividend for its shareholders. The decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on Mangsir 12, where the company approved 10% bonus shares and 0.52% cash for tax purposes.
To endorse this dividend proposal, the company has called its 5th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 14 (Monday) at Hotel Pauwa, located in Ghorahi Sub-Metropolitan City–15, Dang. The meeting will begin at 9:00 AM.

Approval of the proposed dividend distribution
Amendment of the Memorandum and Articles of Association, authorizing the Board for necessary changes
Approval of loans taken from various banks and financial institutions exceeding the combined amount of paid-up capital and retained earnings
Election of directors representing the promoter shareholders
Appointment of auditors for the upcoming fiscal year
Book Closure on Mangsir 26
For the purpose of the AGM and dividend distribution, the company will conduct a book closure on Mangsir 26.
Accordingly, shareholders who have maintained their names in the NEPSE register until Mangsir 25 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
