आइएमई लाईफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेड (ILI) ले गत आर्थिक वर्षको मुनाफाबाट शेयरधनीहरुलाई वितरण गर्ने लाभांश घोषणा गरेको छ। इन्स्योरेन्सले हाल कायम चुक्ता पूँजीको १०.५२ प्रतिशत अर्थात ५२ करोड ६३ लाख १५ हजार रुपैयाँ बराबरको नगद लाभांश (कर प्रयोजनार्थसहित) वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको हो।
इन्स्योरेन्सको मंसिर २५ गते बिहीबार बसेको बैठकले सो दरमा लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट स्वीकृत भई आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाले पारित गरे पश्चात सो लाभांश वितरण गरिनेछ।
IME Life Insurance Limited (ILI) has announced a cash dividend for its shareholders from the profits of the last fiscal year. The insurance company will distribute a cash dividend amounting to 10.52% of its paid-up capital, equivalent to NPR 52,63,15,000 (including tax purposes).
The decision to distribute the dividend at this rate was made during the board meeting held on 25th Mangsir. The dividend will be distributed after approval from the Nepal Insurance Authority and the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
