जोशी हाइड्रोपावरको २४ लाख १४ हजार हकप्रद सेयर नेप्सेमा सूचीकृतJoshi Hydropower’s Rights Shares Listed on NEPSE
जोशी हाइड्रोपावर डेभलपमेन्ट कम्पनी लिमिटेडको हकप्रद सेयर नेप्सेमा सूचीकृत भएको छ। नेप्सेले मंगलबार सार्वजनिक गरेको सूचनाअनुसार कम्पनीका २४ लाख १४ हजार १०० कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर औपचारिक रूपमा secondary market मा कारोबारका लागि सूचीकरण गरिएको हो।
कम्पनीले सेयरधनीहरूलाई बिक्री गरेको ६५% हकप्रद सेयर सूचीकरण भएसँगै, डिम्याट खातामा सेयर जम्मा भएपछि लगानीकर्ताले यसलाई बजारमा स्वतन्त्र रूपमा किनबेच गर्न सक्नेछन्।
नेप्सेमा सूचीकृतसँगै कम्पनीको पूँजी संरचनामा मजबुती आउने तथा सेयरधनीलाई तरलता सुविधा थप सहज हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Joshi Hydropower Development Company Limited has officially had its rights shares listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). According to NEPSE, a total of 2,414,100 units of the company’s rights shares have been listed and are now ready for secondary market processing.
The listing corresponds to the company’s recently issued 65% rights shares, which were offered to its existing shareholders. NEPSE stated that once these shares are credited to investors’ demat accounts, they will be eligible for trading in the secondary market.
With the listing completed, the company is expected to see strengthened capital structure and improved liquidity access for shareholders.
