ज्योति क्यापिटलको तेस्रो वार्षिक साधारणसभा असोज १० गते, ७% नगद लाभांश दिने प्रस्तावJyoti Capital to Hold 3rd AGM on Ashwin 10; Proposes 7% Cash Dividend
ज्योति क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले आफ्नो तेस्रो वार्षिक साधारणसभा २०८२ साल असोज १० गते आयोजना गर्ने भएको छ। सभा ज्योति विकास बैंक लिमिटेडको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, कमलपोखरी, काठमाडौंमा बिहान ९ बजेबाट सुरु हुनेछ।
साधारणसभामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को वित्तीय प्रतिवेदन पारित गर्ने, अडिटरको प्रतिवेदनसहित नाफा–नोक्सानी विवरण, वासलात, नगद प्रवाह विवरण स्वीकृत गर्ने एजेन्डा रहेका छन्। साथै, सञ्चालक समितिले प्रस्ताव गरेको करसहित ७% नगद लाभांश (रु. १.४७ करोड बराबर) वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि साधारणसभाबाट पारित गरिनेछ।
त्यस बाहेक आवश्यक अन्य एजेन्डाहरू समेत सभामा पेश गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
यसका लागि कम्पनीले भदौ २० गतेलाई किताब बन्द मिति तोकेको छ। सो मितिभन्दा अघि नामसारी भइसकेका सेयरधनीहरूले साधारणसभामा सहभागी हुने र लाभांश प्राप्त गर्ने अधिकार पाउनेछन्।
Jyoti Capital Limited has announced that its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Ashwin 10, 2082. The meeting is scheduled to take place at Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited’s head office, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu, starting at 9:00 AM.
The agendas of the AGM include endorsing the financial reports for the fiscal year 2081/82, along with the auditor’s report comprising the profit and loss statement, balance sheet, financial reports, and cash flow statements. The board of directors has also proposed a 7% cash dividend, amounting to Rs. 1.47 Crores (including applicable taxes), which will be approved during the meeting.
In addition, other necessary agendas will also be discussed in the AGM.
The company has set Bhadra 20 as the book closure date. Shareholders who held shares before this date will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the dividend.
