खानीखोला हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले जारी गरेको हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिने म्याद दोस्रोपटक पनि थपिएको छ। कम्पनीले सुरुमा भदौ २३ गतेसम्म आवेदन दिने व्यवस्था गरेको थियो। तर पर्याप्त आवेदन नपरेपछि भदौ ३१ गतेसम्म लम्ब्याइएको थियो।
देशमा देखिएको पछिल्लो जेन–जी घटनाक्रमका कारण कम्पनीले फेरि म्याद बढाउँदै असोज ६ गतेसम्म पुर्याएको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम ४६ करोड ५७ लाख १४ हजार ३०० रुपैयाँ बराबरको चुक्ता पुँजीको शतप्रतिशत अनुपातमा (१:१) हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गरिरहेको छ। यसअन्तर्गत प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ दरका ४६ लाख ५७ हजार १४३ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर बिक्रीमा छन्।
यस प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले असार २७ गते बुक क्लोज गरिसकेको छ। असार २६ गतेसम्म कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिन पाउने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
यस हकप्रद निष्कासनको बिक्री प्रबन्धक सिटिजन्स क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ।
Khani Khola Hydropower Company Limited has extended the application deadline for its rights shares for the second time. Initially, the deadline was set until Bhadra 23, which was later pushed to Bhadra 31 due to insufficient applications.
Following the recent Gen-Z movement and disruptions in the country, the company has once again extended the deadline to Ashoj 6. The company is currently issuing 100% rights shares at a ratio of 1:1, equivalent to its paid-up capital of NPR 465,714,300. This amounts to 4,657,143 rights shares, each priced at NPR 100.
For this purpose, the company had already conducted a book-closure on Ashad 27. Only shareholders registered by Ashad 26 are eligible to apply for the rights issue.
