काठमाडौं । टक्सार पिखुवा खोला हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गरेको आईपीओमा आवेदन दिने आज अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ । कम्पनीले वैशाख २३ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि शेयर बिक्री खुला गरेको थियो ।
यसअघि कम्पनीले आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दा तथा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि छुट्याइएको शेयर बाँडफाँट गरिसकेको छ । त्यसपछि बाँकी शेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि निष्काशन गरिएको हो ।
कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यका २५ लाख १५ हजार ४५५ कित्ता साधारण शेयर निष्काशन गरेको हो । यो शेयरको कुल मूल्य २५ करोड १५ लाख रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी रहेको छ ।
लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम ५० हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन सक्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ ।
Kathmandu — Today is the final day for investors to apply for the initial public offering (IPO) issued by Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Limited for the general public. The company had opened the IPO for public subscription from May 6 (Baisakh 23).
Before opening the issue to the general public, the company had already completed the allotment process for local residents affected by the project and Nepali citizens working abroad. The remaining shares were then offered to the public.
The company is issuing 2,515,455 ordinary shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share. The total public issue size is worth more than NPR 251.5 million.
Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 50,000 shares.
The company had received approval to issue shares equivalent to 35.26 percent of its issued capital of NPR 1.20 billion. Part of the shares had already been allocated to project-affected locals, Nepalis employed abroad, mutual funds, and company employees.
CARE Ratings Nepal has assigned the company a ‘CARE-NP Double BB Plus’ issuer rating, indicating an average level of risk in the company’s ability to meet its financial obligations.
The company is currently operating the 8 MW Taksar Pikhuwa Khola Hydropower Project. The total project cost stands at over NPR 1.88 billion, with a per-megawatt cost of around NPR 235.3 million.
According to the company, the project still has more than 25 years remaining under its power generation license. The simple payback period of the project is estimated at 9.17 years.
Prabhu Capital Limited is serving as the issue and sales manager for the IPO. Investors can apply through the C-ASBA system via banks and financial institutions approved by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
