सयपत्री हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड (SPHL) ले आफ्ना प्रवर्द्धक, आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका बासिन्दा तथा कर्मचारीको नाममा रहेको शेयरको लकइन अवधि आगामी २०८२ सालको साउन २३ गते समाप्त हुने जानकारी गराएको छ। धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन) को निर्देशनअनुसार कम्पनीले सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गर्दै यो जानकारी गराएको हो। कम्पनीका ३०,००,००० कित्ता सेयर नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज (नेप्से) मा सूचीकृत छन्, जसमध्ये २१,००,००० कित्ता प्रवर्द्धकको, १,७८,९४० कित्ता स्थानीयको र १४,४२१ कित्ता कर्मचारीको नाममा रहेको छ। यी सेयरहरू आईपीओ बाँडफाँड भएको तीन वर्षदेखि लकइनमा थिए। तर, कम्पनीले स्पष्ट पारेको छ कि सञ्चालक समिति तथा उच्च व्यवस्थापन तहका कर्मचारीको नाममा रहेका सेयरहरू भने लकइन अवधि सकिएपछि पनि किनबेच गर्न नपाइने छन्।
Sayapatri Hydropower Limited (SPHL) has announced that the lock-in period for the shares held by its promoters, local residents of the project-affected area, and employees will conclude on Shrawan 23, 2082. The company informed this through a public notice, in line with the Securities Board of Nepal's (SEBON) guidelines. A total of 3,000,000 units of shares are listed on NEPSE, of which 2,100,000 units are held by promoters, 178,940 units by locals, and 14,421 units by employees—all under lock-in since the IPO allotment three years ago. However, the company clarified that shares owned by members of the Board of Directors and senior management staff will still remain non-tradable even after the lock-in expiry.
