लुम्बिनी सेरामिक्सको आईपीओ आउने, नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बिक्री प्रबन्धक
लामिनार टायल्सको उत्पादन गर्ने लुम्बिनी सेरामिक्स लिमिटेडले प्राथमिक सेयर (आईपीओ) निष्कासनको तयारी गरेको छ। कम्पनीले नियामक निकायबाट स्वीकृति पाएसँगै आगामी ६ महिनाभित्र आईपीओ जारी गर्ने भएको हो। सेयर निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको रूपमा नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेडलाई नियुक्त गरिएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
कम्पनीका अध्यक्ष सुब्रत धितालका अनुसार लामिनार टायल्सलाई नेपाली बजारमा उच्च गुणस्तरको भिट्रिफाइड टायल्स ब्रान्डको रूपमा व्यापक रुचाइएको छ। बर्दियाको गुलरियास्थित अत्याधुनिक प्रविधियुक्त उत्पादन केन्द्रबाट उत्पादित यी टायल्स करिब ९९.९२ प्रतिशत वाटरप्रूफ र अन्य टायल्सको तुलनामा तीन गुणा बढी टिकाउ हुने बताइएको छ। कम्पनीले अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय गुणस्तरको टायल्स उत्पादन गरी उपभोक्तालाई उत्कृष्ट सेवा दिने उद्देश्य राखेको छ।
Lumbini Ceramics to Issue IPO, Nabil Investment Appointed as Issue Manager
Lumbini Ceramics Limited, the manufacturer of Laminar Tiles, is set to issue its Initial Public Offering (IPO). The company has received approval from regulatory authorities and is expected to launch the IPO within the next six months. Nabil Investment Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the share issuance.
According to company chairman Subrat Dhital, Laminar Tiles has gained widespread popularity in the Nepali market as a premium vitrified tile brand. The company’s state-of-the-art production facility in Gulariya, Bardiya, uses advanced European technology to manufacture high-quality tiles. These tiles are approximately 99.92% waterproof and are said to be three times more durable than regular ceramic tiles. With a commitment to international quality standards, the company aims to provide consumers with superior and long-lasting tile options in Nepal.
