महालक्ष्मी विकास बैंकले आगामी पुस २१ गते २४ औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णयअनुसार सभा काठमाडौंको भद्रकालीस्थित त्रिभुवन आर्मी अफिसर्स क्लबमा आयोजना हुनेछ। सभामा आर्थिक वर्षसीधा सम्वन्धित एजेन्डाहरू टेबुल गरिनेछन्।
सभाले बैंकले अघि प्रस्ताव गरेको १०.३७ प्रतिशत लाभांश अनुमोदन गर्नेछ, जसमा ५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर तथा ५.३७ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) समावेश छ। यो लाभांश प्रस्ताव सञ्चालक समितिले यसअघि नै पारित गरिसकेको थियो।
बोनस सेयर वितरणपछि चुक्तापुँजी बढ्ने भएकाले सोही अनुरूप बैंकको प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावलीमा आवश्यक संशोधन गर्ने विशेष प्रस्ताव पनि सभामा पेश हुनेछ। साथै, संशोधनका क्रममा नियामक निकायबाट सुझाव वा निर्देशन आएमा त्यहीअनुसार परिमार्जन गर्ने अधिकार सञ्चालक समितिलाई प्रदान गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि अनुमोदनका लागि टेबुल गरिने बैंकले जनाएको छ।
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has announced that its 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Poush 21. According to the decision of the bank’s Board of Directors, the meeting will take place at the Tribhuvan Army Officers Club in Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. Several key agendas related to the ongoing fiscal year will be presented at the assembly.
The AGM will endorse the previously approved 10.37 percent dividend, which includes 5 percent bonus shares and 5.37 percent cash dividend (including tax). The dividend proposal had been passed earlier by the board.
Since the issuance of bonus shares will increase the bank’s paid-up capital, the meeting will also consider a special resolution to amend the Memorandum and Articles of Association accordingly. Another special proposal will authorize the Board of Directors to make necessary revisions if any suggestions or directives are issued by regulatory bodies during the amendment process.
