मुक्तिनाथ विकास बैंक लिमिटेड (MNBBL) ले आगामी कार्तिक १५ गते १९औं वार्षिक साधारण सभा (AGM) गर्ने भएको छ।
साधारण सभाले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि प्रस्ताव गरिएको १८.२० प्रतिशत लाभांश अनुमोदन गर्नेछ। बैंकको ३५८औं सञ्चालक समिति बैठक भदौ ३१ गते बसेर हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजी ७ अर्ब ४ करोड रुपैयाँबाट १३.५३ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ४.६७ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव गरेको हो।
साधारण सभामा अडिटरको प्रतिवेदनसहित नाफा–नोक्सान हिसाब, वित्तीय विवरण तथा नगद प्रवाह विवरण पारित गर्ने र आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि अडिटर नियुक्त गर्ने एजेन्डा पनि रहेको छ।
बैंकले लाभांश र साधारण सभा प्रयोजनका लागि असोज ३१ गते बुकक्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। सो मितिभन्दा अघि नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई कायम रहेका शेयरधनीहरूले मात्र प्रस्तावित लाभांश पाउने र सभामा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्।
Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL) has scheduled its 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Kartik 15, 2082.
The AGM will endorse the board’s proposal of an 18.20% dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The decision was made during the bank’s 358th board meeting held on Bhadra 31, 2082. Based on the paid-up capital of Rs. 7.04 Arba, the dividend proposal includes 13.53% bonus shares and 4.67% cash dividend (including tax).
Other agendas include endorsing the auditor’s report along with the profit and loss account, financial statements, and cash flow statements, as well as appointing an auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The bank has set Ashwin 31 as the book closure date. Shareholders recorded before this date will be eligible for the dividend payout and are also entitled to participate in the upcoming AGM.
