नबिल बैंकले ३ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको ऋणपत्र बिक्री गर्न लागेको छ। यहाँ मुख्य बुँदाहरु प्रस्तुत छन्:
1. ऋणपत्र निष्कासनको तयारी:
- नबिल बैंकले ३ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको ऋणपत्र बिक्री गर्ने तयारीमा।
- यसका लागि नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन)सँग अनुमति मागिएको।
2. निवेदन र अनुमति:
- ३० लाख कित्ता ऋणपत्र निष्कासन गर्नका लागि गत असार १४ गते सेबोनमा निवेदन दिएको।
- ऋणपत्र निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको रुपमा नेपाल एसबिआई मर्चेण्ट बैंकिङ्ग नियुक्त।
3. ऋणपत्रको ब्याजदर र अवधि:
- आगामी आठ वर्षका लागि वार्षिक आठ प्रतिशत ब्याजदरमा ऋणपत्र निष्कासन गर्ने तयारी।
नबिल बैंकले यो ऋणपत्र बिक्रीमार्फत आवश्यक पूँजी जुटाउने प्रयास गर्दैछ। इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले यस अवसरलाई सदुपयोग गरी आठ वर्षको लागि वार्षिक आठ प्रतिशत ब्याजदरमा ऋणपत्र खरिद गर्न सक्नेछन्।

3. Bond Interest Rate and Duration:
- The bonds are planned to be issued for the next eight years with an annual interest rate of 8%.
