नेपाल इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आगामी साउन ४ गतेदेखि हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले हालको चुक्ता पूँजी १ अर्ब ८९ करोड ८ लाख ७८ हजार २३१ रुपियाँको ३४.७८३ प्रतिशतका दरले १०:३.४७८३ अनुपातमा हकप्रद शेयर ल्याउन लागेको हो।
यो अनुपात अनुसार कम्पनीले प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपियाँको दरमा कुल ६५ लाख ७६ हजार ९६७ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्नेछ।
हकप्रद शेयरका लागि कम्पनीले जेठ ३० गते बुक क्लोज गरिसकेको छ। त्यसैले जेठ २९ गतेसम्म कम्पनीको शेयरधनी रहेकाले मात्र हकप्रद शेयरमा आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
आवेदन दिने अन्तिम मिति साउन २६ गतेसम्म तोकिएको छ। इच्छुक शेयरधनीहरूले तोकिएको म्यादभित्र आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
Nepal Insurance Company Limited is set to issue rights shares starting from Shrawan 4. The company will offer a total of 6,576,967 rights shares at a par value of NPR 100 per share in the ratio of 10:3.4783 (i.e., 3.4783 new shares for every 10 existing shares held).
The rights issue corresponds to 34.783% of the company’s current paid-up capital of NPR 1.89 billion.
For the purpose of this rights offering, the company had already closed its books on Jestha 30. Hence, only shareholders who held shares until Jestha 29 are eligible to apply.
The application period for the rights shares will remain open until Shrawan 26. Interested shareholders must submit their applications within the stated timeframe.
