एनएमबि बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले ५ लाख ९८ हजारभन्दा बढी संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएNMB Bank Promoter to Sell Over 598,000 Promoter Shares
एनएमबि बैंक लिमिटेडका एक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्ना ५,९८,१४५ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने भएका छन्। यसअघि बैंकको सञ्चालक समितिमा भएको निर्णयअनुसार, संस्थापक शेयर खरिद–बिक्री गर्दा बैंकका अन्य विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई पहिलो प्राथमिकता दिने व्यवस्था भए पनि तोकिएको अवधिभित्र कुनै आवेदन नआएपछि शेयर सर्वसाधारण तथा इच्छुक संस्था/व्यक्तिलाई बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइएको हो।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको निर्देशनअनुसार सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरी खरिदका लागि इच्छुक व्यक्तिहरूलाई निवेदन दिन आह्वान गरिएको छ। इच्छुकहरूले तोकिएको समयसीमा भित्र आवश्यक कागजातसहित आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
एनएमबि बैंकले स्पष्ट पारे अनुसार, तोकिएको समयसीमा भित्र प्राप्त प्रस्तावका आधारमा मात्र शेयर खरिद–बिक्रीको प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइनेछ। खरिदका लागि आवेदन दिने व्यक्तिले सम्पूर्ण कागजात र प्रस्तावित मूल्य उल्लेख गरी बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, बबरमहल, काठमाडौंमा निवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
A promoter shareholder of NMB Bank Limited has announced the sale of 598,145 promoter shares. As per the bank’s Board of Directors’ earlier decision, promoter shares are first offered to existing promoter shareholders. However, since no applications were received within the given timeframe, the shares are now being offered to the general public and interested institutions.
In line with the directives of the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), a public notice has been issued inviting interested individuals or institutions to submit their applications within the specified period. Applicants must provide all necessary documents along with their proposed purchase price.
NMB Bank has clarified that the share sale process will only proceed based on the proposals received within the deadline. Interested applicants are required to submit their applications with complete documentation to the bank’s central office in Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
