काठमाडौं — एनआरएन इन्फ्रास्टक्चर एन्ड डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेडले आफ्नो सञ्चालक समितिको अध्यक्ष परिवर्तन गरेको छ। कम्पनीले नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्जलाई पत्राचार गर्दै नयाँ अध्यक्ष नियुक्तिको जानकारी गराएको हो।कम्पनीका अनुसार २०८२ चैत १६ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले सोही मितिदेखि लागू हुने गरी श्री ज्ञानेन्द्र प्रसाद ढुङ्गानालाई अध्यक्षमा मनोनयन गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। उक्त निर्णय कार्यान्वयनमा आइसकेको र नियामक निकायलाई औपचारिक जानकारी गराइएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।कम्पनीका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत निरन्जन फुयालद्वारा हस्ताक्षरित पत्रमार्फत अध्यक्ष परिवर्तन सम्बन्धी जानकारी नेप्सेलाई पठाइएको हो। कम्पनीले संस्थागत व्यवस्थापनलाई थप सुदृढ बनाउने तथा आगामी योजनाहरूलाई प्रभावकारी रूपमा अघि बढाउने लक्ष्यसहित नेतृत्व परिवर्तन गरिएको जनाएको छ।एनआरएन इन्फ्रास्टक्चर एन्ड डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेडले पूर्वाधार विकासका क्षेत्रमा काम गर्दै आएको कम्पनीका रूपमा परिचित छ। नयाँ नेतृत्वसँगै कम्पनीको रणनीतिक दिशा र सञ्चालनमा थप गतिशीलता आउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Kathmandu — NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited has appointed Gyanendra Prasad Dhungana as its new Chairman following a recent board decision. The company formally notified the Nepal Stock Exchange about the leadership change.According to the company, a board meeting held on Chaitra 16, 2082 (March/April 2026) decided to nominate Dhungana as Chairman, with the decision taking immediate effect from the same date. The company has already implemented the decision and informed the regulatory authority accordingly.The official communication, signed by Chief Executive Officer Niranjan Phuyal, stated that the leadership change is part of the company’s efforts to strengthen its governance and enhance operational effectiveness.NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited, known for its involvement in infrastructure projects, is expected to gain strategic momentum under the new leadership. The appointment is seen as a step toward improving institutional management and driving future growth initiatives.
