एनआरएन इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चरले १६ लाख ७७ हजार बढी सेयर बिक्री गर्ने निर्णयNRN Infrastructure to Sell Over 1.67 Million Promoter and Ordinary Shares
एनआरएन इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर एन्ड डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेडले विभिन्न कम्पनीमा रहेको आफ्नो स्वामित्वका कुल १६ लाख ७७ हजार १६ कित्ता संस्थापक तथा साधारण सेयर बिक्री गर्ने भएको छ। मंसिर ३ गते बसेको कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले सो सेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय गरेको जनाएको छ।
कम्पनीका अनुसार सेयर बिक्रीका लागि आवश्यक स्वीकृति नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (SEBON) बाट पहिल्यै प्राप्त भइसकेको छ। अब कम्पनीले स्वीकृतिको आधारमा चरणबद्ध रूपमा सेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया सञ्चालन गर्नेछ।
बिक्री गर्न लागिएका सेयरमध्ये कुमारी बैंकका ५ लाख ३० हजार, नेसनल माइक्रोफाइनान्स लघुवित्तका १ लाख ७ हजार ४८४, नेरुडे मिर्मिरे लघुवित्तका ७४ हजार १०६ कित्ता रहेका छन्।
त्यस्तै मेरो माइक्रोफाइनान्स लघुवित्तका संस्थापक र साधारण सेयर गरी १ लाख ६ हजार ४२४,
प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सका ५ लाख ९४ हजार,
हाइड्रोइलेक्ट्रिसिटी इन्भेस्टमेन्ट एन्ड डेभलपमेन्ट कम्पनी (HIDCL) का ४० हजार १,
नेसनल फन्ड म्यानेजमेन्ट लिमिटेडका २ लाख २५ हजार
र नेसनल लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सको १ कित्ता साधारण सेयर समेत बिक्री गरिने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ।
कम्पनीले सेयर पोर्टफोलियो परिमार्जन तथा रणनीतिक व्यवस्थापनका उद्देश्यले उक्त बिक्री प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइएको बताएको छ।
NRN Infrastructure and Development Limited has decided to sell a total of 1,677,016 promoter and ordinary shares it owns in various companies. The decision was made during the company’s board meeting held on Mangsir 3, which approved moving forward with the share sale process.
According to the company, the share sale has already received approval from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). Following the approval, NRN Infrastructure will now proceed with the transaction as per regulatory guidelines.
The shares to be sold include:
Kumari Bank Limited: 530,000 shares
National Microfinance Laghubitta: 107,484 shares
Nerude Mirmire Laghubitta: 74,106 shares
Similarly:
Mero Microfinance Laghubitta (promoter + ordinary): 106,424 shares
Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance: 594,000 shares
Hydroelectricity Investment and Development Company Ltd. (HIDCL): 40,001 shares
National Fund Management Limited: 225,000 shares
National Life Insurance (ordinary share): 1 share
The company stated that the decision is part of its strategy to rebalance its investment portfolio and enhance financial management.
