सूचीकृत कम्पनी संख्या २७२ पुग्यो, बजार पुँजीकरणमा ५४ प्रतिशतभन्दा बढी हिस्सा बैंक तथा बीमा क्षेत्रकोNumber of Listed Companies Reaches 272, Banking & Insurance Hold Over 54% of Market Capitalization
काठमाडौं । २०८२ असार मसान्तसम्म नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्जमा (नेप्से) सूचीकृत कम्पनीहरूको संख्या बढेर २७२ पुगेको छ। अघिल्लो वर्ष २०८१ असारमा यो संख्या २७० मात्र थियो।
सूचीकृत कम्पनीहरूमध्ये १३२ बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था र बीमा कम्पनी, ९१ जलविद्युत् कम्पनी, २३ उत्पादन तथा प्रशोधन उद्योग, ७ होटल, ७ लगानी कम्पनी, ४ व्यापारिक संस्था र ८ अन्य समूहका कम्पनी रहेका छन्।
धितोपत्र बजार पुँजीकरणमा ५४.१ प्रतिशत हिस्सा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था र बीमा कम्पनीले ओगटेका छन्। त्यस्तै, जलविद्युत् कम्पनीको हिस्सा १५.३ प्रतिशत, लगानी कम्पनीको ७.७ प्रतिशत, उत्पादन तथा प्रशोधन उद्योगको ५.४ प्रतिशत, व्यापारिक संस्थाको ५.० प्रतिशत, होटल क्षेत्रको २.७ प्रतिशत र अन्य समूहको ९.८ प्रतिशत रहेको छ।
२०८२ असार मसान्तसम्म नेप्सेमा सूचीकृत कम्पनीहरूको ८ अर्ब ८२ करोड कित्ता सेयरको चुक्ता पुँजी रु. ८६९ अर्ब ८६ करोड पुगेको छ।
समीक्षा अवधिमा थप रु. ८३ अर्ब १९ करोड बराबरका धितोपत्र सूचीकृत भएका छन्। यसमा रु. ४० अर्ब २१ करोड साधारण सेयर, रु. २४ अर्ब ४२ करोड बोनस सेयर, रु. १३ अर्ब २३ करोड हकप्रद सेयर, रु. १ अर्ब २५ करोड म्युचुअल फण्ड, रु. ११ करोड २० लाख एफपीओ र रु. ३ अर्ब ९६ करोड अन्य सेयर रहेका छन्।
त्यस्तै, नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले सार्वजनिक निष्कासनका लागि रु. ४५ अर्ब १६ करोड बराबरका धितोपत्रलाई अनुमति दिएको छ। जसमा रु. १५ अर्ब ४१ करोड हकप्रद सेयर, रु. १५ अर्ब २० करोड म्युचुअल फण्ड, रु. १० अर्ब ६२ करोड डिबेन्चर र रु. ३ अर्ब ९३ करोड साधारण सेयर रहेका छन्।
विश्लेषकहरूका अनुसार, सूचीकृत कम्पनी संख्या र बजार पुँजीकरणमा देखिएको वृद्धि पूँजी बजारमा लगानीकर्ताको आकर्षण बढ्दै गएको स्पष्ट संकेत हो।
As of the end of FY 2082 Ashad, the number of companies listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has increased to 272, up from 270 in the previous year.
Among the listed companies, 132 are banks and financial institutions (including insurance companies), 91 are hydropower companies, 23 are manufacturing and processing industries, 7 are hotels, 7 are investment companies, 4 are trading companies, and 8 belong to other groups.
In terms of market capitalization share, banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies account for 54.1 percent. Likewise, hydropower companies hold 15.3 percent, investment companies 7.7 percent, manufacturing and processing industries 5.4 percent, trading companies 5.0 percent, hotels 2.7 percent, and other groups 9.8 percent.
By the end of FY 2082 Ashad, listed companies at NEPSE had a total paid-up capital of Rs. 869.86 billion, represented by 8.82 billion shares.
During the review period, an additional Rs. 83.19 billion worth of securities were listed. This included Rs. 40.21 billion in ordinary shares, Rs. 24.42 billion in bonus shares, Rs. 13.23 billion in rights shares, Rs. 1.25 billion in mutual funds, Rs. 1.12 billion in FPOs, and Rs. 3.96 billion in other securities.
Similarly, the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) approved the public issuance of securities worth Rs. 45.16 billion. This comprised Rs. 15.41 billion in rights shares, Rs. 15.20 billion in mutual funds, Rs. 10.62 billion in debentures, and Rs. 3.93 billion in ordinary shares.
Analysts state that the increase in both the number of listed companies and market capitalization indicates growing investor confidence and a strengthening capital market in Nepal.
