नेपालको बैंकिङ क्षेत्रमा विविधता र प्रगतिको प्रतिक मानिएको प्रभु बैंकले हाल संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीको अवसर ल्याएको छ। यसले बैंकलाई आफ्नो पूँजीगत संरचना मजबुत बनाउँदै नयाँ लगानीकर्तालाई बैंकको स्वामित्वमा भाग लिन सक्षम बनाउने उद्देश्य राखेको छ। यस प्रकारको सेयर बिक्री बैंकले सेयरधनीहरुलाई आफ्नो लगानी विस्तार गर्ने अवसर पनि प्रदान गर्छ।
सेयर बिक्रीको परिमाण: प्रभु बैंकले कुल ३,६९,०८५ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याएको छ।
आवेदन प्रक्रिया: सेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक व्यक्ति वा संस्थाले आजदेखि (कात्तिक १) १५ दिन भित्र आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। आवेदन बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, बबरमहल, काठमाडौंमा पेस गर्नुपर्नेछ।
पुनः खुला प्रक्रिया: यसअघि बैंकले विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुलाई मात्र सेयर बिक्री खुला गरेको थियो। तर, आवेदन नपरेको कारणले यस पटक अन्य लगानीकर्ताले पनि आवेदन दिन सक्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
सेयर मूल्य: बैंकले यो सेयरको मूल्य भने तोकेको छैन, जसले प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक प्रस्ताव दिन लगानीकर्ताहरुलाई खुला वातावरण उपलब्ध गराएको छ।
Prabhu Bank, known for its diversity and progressive presence in Nepal's banking sector, has now offered an opportunity to purchase promoter shares. This move aims to strengthen the bank’s capital structure while allowing new investors to acquire ownership in the bank. Such share sales provide existing shareholders with a chance to expand their investments.
Quantity of Shares on Sale: Prabhu Bank is offering a total of 369,085 promoter shares for sale.
Application Process: Interested individuals or institutions can apply within 15 days from today (Kartik 1). Applications must be submitted to the bank’s central office located in Babarmahal, Kathmandu.
Reopening of the Process: Previously, the bank had limited the sale of these shares to existing promoters only. However, due to a lack of applications, this round has been opened to other investors as well.
Share Price: The bank has not set a specific price for these shares, allowing a competitive environment for investors to make their bids.
