नारायणी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडका एक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको १,९२,७७७ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न आवेदन दिएका छन्। बैंकको असोज २७ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशन तथा प्रचलित नियमावलीअनुसार बिक्री प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय गरेको जनाएको छ।
बैंकले सो शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक हाल कायम रहेका अन्य संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई यस सूचना प्रकाशन मितिदेखि ३५ दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजातसहित आवेदन दिन आग्रह गरेको छ। इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आफ्नो खरिद गर्न चाहेको शेयरको संख्या स्पष्ट उल्लेख गरी भरतपुर महानगरपालिका–१०, चितवनस्थित बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा निवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
बैंकले तोकिएको म्यादभित्र कुनै पनि संस्थापक शेयरधनीले खरिद आवेदन नदिएमा, प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य इच्छुक व्यक्तिलाई शेयर बिक्री गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने जनाएको छ।
नारायणी डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट ‘ख’ वर्गको इजाजतप्राप्त वित्तीय संस्था हो र यसले हाल चितवनमा केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमार्फत वित्तीय सेवा प्रदान गर्दै आएको छ।
A promoter shareholder of Narayani Development Bank Limited has submitted an application to sell 192,777 units of promoter shares registered under their name.
According to the decision made by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on Ashwin 27, 2082, the bank will move forward with the share sale process in accordance with Nepal Rastra Bank’s directives and prevailing regulations.
The bank has issued this notice to inform existing promoter shareholders who wish to purchase these shares to submit an application within 35 days from the date of this notice. Interested promoter shareholders must clearly mention the number of shares they wish to buy and submit their application along with necessary documents to the central office of the bank located at Bharatpur Metropolitan City–10, Chitwan.
If no applications are received from existing promoter shareholders within the given timeframe, the bank stated that it will proceed to sell the shares to other interested individuals as per prevailing rules and regulations.
Narayani Development Bank Limited is a ‘Class B’ financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, providing financial services through its central office in Chitwan.
