विप्रेषण (रेमिट्यान्स) आप्रवाहमा १३.२ प्रतिशतको वृद्धिRemittance Inflow Increases by 13.2% in Fiscal Year 2081/82
आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को दश महिनामा नेपालमा विप्रेषण (रेमिट्यान्स) आप्रवाह १३.२ प्रतिशतले वृद्धि भएको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका अनुसार चालु आर्थिक वर्षको वैशाख महिनासम्म १३ खर्ब ५६ अर्ब ६१ करोड रुपैयाँ रेमिट्यान्स नेपाल भित्रिएको छ।
गत वर्षको सोही अवधिमा रेमिट्यान्समा १६.९ प्रतिशतको वृद्धि भएको थियो। यस आर्थिक वर्षको वैशाख महिनामा मात्र १ खर्ब ६५ अर्ब ३० करोड रुपैयाँ रेमिट्यान्स नेपाल भित्रिएको हो, जुन गत वर्षको वैशाख महिनामा १ खर्ब १५ अर्ब ९९ करोड रुपैयाँको तुलना मा निकै उच्च रहेको छ।
अमेरिकी डलरमा रेमिट्यान्सको प्रवाहमा १०.५ प्रतिशतको वृद्धि भएको छ र यस वर्ष ९ अर्ब ९६ करोड डलर रेमिट्यान्स नेपाल भित्रिएको छ। यस वर्षको सोही अवधिमा खुद द्वितीय आय (खुद ट्रान्सफर) १४ खर्ब ७९ अर्ब ८ करोड पुगेको छ, जुन अघिल्लो वर्षको तुलनामा बढेको हो।
यो अवधिमा वैदेशिक रोजगारीको लागि श्रम स्वीकृति लिने नेपाली नागरिकहरूको संख्या ४ लाख ५ हजार ६१० रहेको छ, जबकि पुनः श्रम स्वीकृति लिनेको संख्या २ लाख ८० हजार ३१४ रहेको छ। अघिल्लो वर्षको सोही अवधिमा यो संख्या क्रमशः ३ लाख ७३ हजार ३०७ र २ लाख ३६ हजार ३९८ रहेको थियो।
In the first ten months of the fiscal year 2081/82, Nepal saw a 13.2% increase in remittance inflows, according to Nepal Rastra Bank. By the end of the month of Baishakh, the total remittance inflow reached NPR 1.356 trillion.
In comparison, during the same period last year, remittance inflows had increased by 16.9%. In Baishakh 2082 alone, remittance inflows amounted to NPR 165.3 billion, significantly higher than NPR 115.99 billion in the same month of the previous year.
In terms of US dollar remittances, there was a 10.5% increase, reaching USD 996 million this year. The total income from personal transfers (second income) in this period stood at NPR 1.479 trillion, up from NPR 1.301 trillion in the same period last year.
During this period, the number of Nepali citizens receiving new labor permits for foreign employment was 405,610, while the number of those renewing their labor permits was 280,314. In comparison, the same period last year saw 373,307 new permits and 236,398 renewals.
