रिज लाइन इनर्जी लिमिटेडले सर्वसाधारणका लागि बिक्री खुला गरेको प्राथमिक शेयर (आईपीओ) मा आवेदन दिने आज अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले गत माघ २८ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ निष्कासन गरेको थियो।
यसअघि कम्पनीले आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय बासिन्दा तथा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि छुट्याइएको सेयरको बाँडफाँट गरिसकेको छ। सो प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न भएपछि मात्र सर्वसाधारणका लागि आईपीओ निष्कासन गरिएको हो।
कम्पनीको कुल जारी पुँजी १ अर्ब १८ करोड ५० लाख रुपैयाँमध्ये २२ प्रतिशत अर्थात् २६ करोड ७ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको २६ लाख ७ हजार कित्ता साधारण सेयर सार्वजनिक निष्कासनका लागि स्वीकृत भएको थियो। यसमध्ये ११ लाख ८५ हजार कित्ता आयोजना प्रभावित स्थानीय बासिन्दाका लागि र १ लाख ४२ हजार २०० कित्ता वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि छुट्याई बाँडफाँट भइसकेको छ।
दोस्रो चरणमा कम्पनीले २८ हजार ४४० कित्ता सेयर कर्मचारीका लागि र ७१ हजार १०० कित्ता सामूहिक लगानी कोषका लागि सुरक्षित गरेको छ। बाँकी रहेको ११ करोड ८० लाख २६ हजार रुपैयाँ बराबरको ११ लाख ८० हजार २६० कित्ता साधारण सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि सार्वजनिक गरिएको हो।
लगानीकर्ताहरूले आज कार्यालय समयभित्र आवेदन नदिएमा आईपीओमा सहभागी हुन नपाउने भएकाले समयमै आवेदन दिन कम्पनीले आग्रह गरेको छ।
The application period for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Ridgeline Energy Limited, which has been open to the general public since Magh 28, concludes today.
Earlier, the company had already completed the share allocation for project-affected local residents and Nepali citizens working abroad. Only after completing this process did the company proceed with the public issuance.
Out of the company’s total issued capital of NPR 1.18 billion, 22 percent—equivalent to NPR 260.7 million or 2.607 million shares—was approved for public issuance. From this, 1.185 million shares were allocated to local residents affected by the project, while 142,200 shares were reserved for Nepalis employed overseas, and their distribution has been completed.
In the second phase, the company set aside 28,440 shares for employees and 71,100 shares for mutual funds. The remaining shares worth NPR 118.026 million, totaling 1,180,260 units, have been offered to the general public.
The company has urged interested investors to submit their applications within office hours today, as they will not be able to participate in the IPO after the deadline.
