रिभर फल्स पावर लिमिटेड (RFPL) ले अविक्रीत हकप्रद सेयरको लिलामी आज मङ्सिर ३ गते बन्द गर्दैछ। कम्पनीले अघिल्लो १:१ अनुपातको हकप्रद जारीबाट बाँकी रहेका १० लाख ३८ हजार ९२४ कित्ता हकप्रद सेयरको लिलामी कात्तिक २६ गतेदेखि सञ्चालनमा ल्याएको थियो।
कम्पनीका अनुसार ५९ लाख ६१ हजार ७६ (८५.१५%) कित्ता हकप्रद सेयर योग्य आवेदकहरूलाई छुट्याइएको थियो। तर, १० लाख ३८ हजार ९२४ कित्ता सेयर लगानीकर्ताले नलिएको हुँदा अविक्रीत अवस्थामा रह्यो।
जारी गरिएको कुल हकप्रद सेयरमध्ये २२ लाख २४ हजार १७३ कित्ता मात्रै योग्य सेयरधनीहरूलाई बाँडफाँड भएको र बाँकी १४.८५ प्रतिशत अर्थात् १० लाख ३८ हजार ९२४ कित्ता सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि लिलामीमा राखिएको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ। यो सेयर अघिल्लो भदौ २३ गतेदेखि असोज २६ गतेसम्म जारी गरिएको १:१ अनुपातको हकप्रदको अविक्रीत हिस्सा हो।
लिलामीमा व्यक्तिगत तथा संस्थागत सबै प्रकारका लगानीकर्ताले सहभागिता जनाउन सक्नेछन्। लिलामीको न्यूनतम मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ। सामान्य हकप्रद सेयरका लागि न्यूनतम १०० कित्ताको बोलपत्र अनिवार्य छ। चाहानेले पूरै अविक्रीत सेयरमा पनि बोलकबोल गर्न सक्नेछन्, तर नियामक बोर्डले तोकेको अधिकतम सीमाभन्दा बढी सेयरमा बोलकबोल गर्न पाइने छैन।
यस लिलामीको इश्यु म्यानेजर एलएस प्रभु लिमिटेडलाई तोकिएको छ। कंपनीले आज लिलामी बन्द भएपछि सबै बोलपत्रको मूल्यांकन प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने जनाएको छ।
River Falls Power Limited (RFPL) is closing the auction of its 10,38,924 units of unclaimed rights shares today, Mangsir 3, 2082. The auction had opened on 26th Kartik following the company’s earlier 1:1 rights offering.
According to the company, a total of 59,61,076 units (85.15%) of rights shares had been allotted to valid applicants. However, 10,38,924 units remained unclaimed by eligible shareholders and are now being auctioned to the public.
Out of the total rights shares issued, only 22,24,173 units were subscribed by eligible shareholders. The remaining 14.85%—equivalent to 10,38,924 shares—are now in the auction process. These shares are part of the unclaimed portion of the 1:1 rights issue that was open for subscription from 23rd Bhadra to 26th Ashwin, 2082.
Both individuals and institutions are eligible to participate in the auction. The minimum bid price has been set at Rs. 100 per share. For ordinary right shares, the minimum bid quantity is 100 units. While bidders can apply for the full available quantity, they must comply with regulatory limits that restrict the maximum number of shares a single entity can purchase.
LS Prabhu Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for this auction. Once the auction closes today, the company will proceed with the evaluation of bids and complete the allotment process accordingly.
