सलापा विकास बैंकको आईपीओ पुस १६ गतेदेखि खुल्नेSalapa Bikas Bank to Open IPO from Poush 16
काठमाडौं । Salapa Bikas Bank Limited ले सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (आईपीओ) जारी गर्नका लागि अफर लेटर प्रकाशित गरेको छ।
बैंकले पुस १६ गतेदेखि पुस २० गते, २०८२ सम्म सर्वसाधारणका लागि कुल १४ लाख ३९ हजार १७९ कित्ता साधारण शेयर निष्कासन गर्न लागेको हो। यस अवधिभित्र योग्य आवेदकहरूले आईपीओमा आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
आईपीओ निष्कासनसम्बन्धी विस्तृत विवरण, आवेदन प्रक्रिया तथा अन्य सर्तहरू अफर लेटरमा उल्लेख गरिएको बैंकले जनाएको छ। निर्धारित समयभित्र प्राप्त आवेदनका आधारमा शेयर बाँडफाँट गरिनेछ।
सलापा विकास बैंकले पूँजी संरचना सुदृढ बनाउने र बैंकिङ सेवा विस्तार गर्ने उद्देश्यका साथ आईपीओ निष्कासन गर्न लागेको जनाएको छ।
Kathmandu. Salapa Bikas Bank Limited has published its offer letter for the issuance of an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the general public.
According to the offer letter, the bank will issue a total of 1,439,179 ordinary shares to the public. The IPO will be open for subscription from 16th Poush to 20th Poush, 2082.
Eligible applicants can apply for the IPO within the specified period as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the offer letter. Share allotment will be carried out after the subscription period ends, in accordance with prevailing regulations.
The bank stated that the IPO issuance aims to strengthen its capital base and support the expansion of its banking services.
