दुधकोशी-४ जलविद्युत् परियोजना निर्माणका लागि सानिमा मिडल तामोर र व्योमा हाइड्रोको संयुक्त लगानीSanima Middle Tamor and Vyoma Hydropower to Jointly Develop Dudhkoshi-4 Hydropower Project
सानिमा मिडल तामोर हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले व्योमा हाइड्रोपावर प्रा.लि. सँगको संयुक्त लगानीमा ४७ मेगावाट क्षमताको दुधकोशी–४ जलविद्युत् आयोजना निर्माण गर्ने भएको छ। उक्त आयोजना निर्माण कार्य Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) मोडलमा अघि बढाइनेछ।
ऊर्जा, जलस्रोत तथा सिँचाइ मन्त्रालयअन्तर्गतको विद्युत् विकास विभाग (DoED) ले २०८२ साल भदौ १० गतेको पत्रमार्फत यस परियोजनाको लागि सानिमा मिडल तामोर र व्योमा हाइड्रोको संयुक्त उपयुक्तता स्वीकृत गरेको हो।
आयोजना निर्माण, सञ्चालन र व्यवस्थापनका लागि विशेष प्रयोजन कम्पनी (Special Purpose Vehicle–SPV) गठन गरिनेछ। उक्त SPV मा सानिमा मिडल तामोर हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडको ६ प्रतिशत सेयर रहनेछ।
यस विषयमा औपचारिक निर्णय कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको २०८२ भदौ १९ गते बसेको बैठकले गरेको हो। दुधकोशी–४ आयोजना अगाडि बढ्न लाग्नु नेपालमा नवीकरणीय ऊर्जाको क्षमतावृद्धितर्फको महत्वपूर्ण कदम मानिएको छ।
Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited, in joint venture with Vyoma Hydropower Pvt. Ltd., has been selected to develop the 47 MW Dudhkoshi-4 Hydropower Project under the Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) model.
According to the Department of Electricity Development (DoED) under the Ministry of Energy, Water Resources, and Irrigation, the selection was confirmed through an official letter dated 2082/05/10.
The project will be developed, constructed, and operated by a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), in which Sanima Middle Tamor Hydropower Limited will hold a 6% equity stake. The company’s Board of Directors formally approved the decision to establish the SPV during its meeting held on 2082/05/19.
The advancement of the Dudhkoshi-4 project is considered a significant milestone for Nepal’s renewable energy sector, as it aims to further expand the nation’s clean energy capacity.
