सेबोनबाट ‘७ प्रतिशत नबिल डिबेन्चर २०८९’ निष्कासनको अनुमति, ३ अर्ब बराबरको डिभेन्चर आउँदैSEBON Approves Issuance of ‘7% Nabil Debenture 2089’ Worth Rs. 3 Billion
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड (सेबोन)ले नबिल बैंक लिमिटेडलाई ‘७ प्रतिशत नबिल डिबेन्चर २०८९’ निष्कासन गर्न अनुमति दिएको छ। बैंकले कुल ३० लाख कित्ता डिभेन्चर निष्कासन गर्नेछ, जसको प्रतिकित्ता मूल्य एक हजार रुपैयाँ निर्धारण गरिएको छ। यस अनुसार कुल ३ अर्ब रुपैयाँ बराबरको डिभेन्चर बजारमा ल्याइनेछ।
सेबोनले उक्त डिभेन्चरमध्ये १८ लाख कित्ता व्यक्तिगत तवरमा (private placement) र १२ लाख कित्ता सर्वसाधारणका लागि सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (public issue) गर्ने अनुमति दिएको हो।
यस डिभेन्चर निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी नेपाल एसबिआई मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेडले पाएको छ।
ब्याजदर ७ प्रतिशत रहेको यस डिभेन्चरबाट लगानीकर्ताले निश्चित आम्दानी प्राप्त गर्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ, भने बैंकले दीर्घकालीन पुँजी जुटाउने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted approval to Nabil Bank Limited for the issuance of its ‘7% Nabil Debenture 2089’. A total of 3 million units of the debenture will be issued, each priced at Rs. 1,000, amounting to a total value of Rs. 3 billion.
Out of the total, 1.8 million units will be issued through private placement, while 1.2 million units will be offered to the general public.
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited has been appointed as the issue and sales manager for this debenture.
With a fixed annual interest rate of 7%, the debenture is expected to provide a stable return to investors, while helping the bank raise long-term capital.
