काठमाडौं, जेठ १५ – सरकारले माध्यमिक शिक्षा परीक्षा (एसईई) अबदेखि प्रदेश सरकारमार्फत सञ्चालन गर्ने व्यवस्था मिलाउने घोषणा गरेको छ।
संघीय संसद्को संयुक्त बैठकमा आगामी आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/०८३ को बजेट प्रस्तुत गर्दै अर्थमन्त्री विष्णुप्रसाद पौडेलले एसईई परीक्षा प्रणालीमा संरचनात्मक परिवर्तन गर्दै परीक्षा सञ्चालनको जिम्मेवारी प्रदेश सरकारलाई दिने निर्णय सार्वजनिक गरेका हुन्।
यस घोषणासँगै शिक्षा प्रणालीलाई संघीय संरचनासँग मिलाउँदै प्रदेशको भूमिकालाई थप स्पष्ट र प्रभावकारी बनाउने सरकारको उद्देश्य रहेको छ। अब प्रदेशले परीक्षा सञ्चालन, व्यवस्थापन, तथा मूल्यांकनको जिम्मेवारी सम्हाल्नेछ, जसले स्थानीय स्तरको शिक्षा अनुगमन र सुधारमा सहयोग पुर्याउने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Kathmandu, May 29 – The Government of Nepal has announced that the Secondary Education Examination (SEE) will now be conducted by provincial governments.
Presenting the budget for the fiscal year 2082/83 in the joint session of the Federal Parliament on Wednesday, Finance Minister Bishnu Prasad Paudel declared that the responsibility for managing and conducting SEE will be transferred to the provincial level.
This move is aimed at aligning the education system with the federal structure, making provincial governments more accountable and effective in education governance. Provinces will now handle the organization, management, and evaluation of SEE exams, which is expected to improve local oversight and enhance the quality of education administration.
