सेवा हाइड्रोपावरको १४औँ वार्षिक साधारणसभा मंसिर २७ गते हुने, IPO जारी गर्ने विशेष प्रस्ताव Sewa Hydropower to Hold 14th AGM on Mangsir 27, Special Proposal to Issue IPO
सेवा हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेडले मंसिर २७ गते आफ्नो १४औँ वार्षिक साधारणसभा (AGM) गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीको मंसिर २ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले सभाको मिति तय गरेको हो।
साधारणसभा काठमाडौं बानेश्वरस्थित कम्पनीको रजिष्टर्ड कार्यालयमा बिहान १० बजेबाट सुरु हुने जनाएको छ। सभामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ को आर्थिक प्रतिवेदन स्वीकृत गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गरिनेछ। लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदनसहित नाफा–नोक्सान विवरण, वित्तीय विवरण तथा अन्य आवश्यक हिसाब-किताब पनि AGM ले अनुमोदन गर्नेछ
त्यसैगरी, सभाले कम्पनीको प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (IPO) जारी गर्ने विशेष प्रस्ताव पनि पारित गर्ने एजेन्डा राखेको छ। IPO जारी गर्ने तयारीसँगै सेवा हाइड्रोपावरको पुँजी विस्तार तथा आगामी योजनाहरू अघि बढ्न सक्ने अनुमान गरिएको छ।
Sewa Hydropower Limited has announced that it will conduct its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 27. The date was decided by the company’s board meeting held on Mangsir 2.
The AGM will take place at the company’s registered office in Baneshwor, Kathmandu, starting at 10 AM. During the meeting, the financial report for fiscal year 2081/82 will be presented for approval. The AGM will also endorse the auditor’s report along with the profit and loss statement, financial reports, and other necessary accounting documents.
In addition, a special proposal to issue the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) will also be tabled and approved during the meeting. With the IPO plan moving forward, Sewa Hydropower is expected to expand its capital and advance its future development projects.
