स्ट्यान्डर्ड चार्टर्ड बैंकले १९% नगद लाभांश पारित गर्न साधारण सभा बोलायो; बुक क्लोज मंसिर १६Standard Chartered Bank Announces AGM to Approve 19% Cash Dividend; Book Closure on Mangsir 16
काठमाडौँ । स्ट्यान्डर्ड चार्टर्ड बैंक नेपालले आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि प्रस्तावित लाभांश पारित गर्न वार्षिक साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। मंसिर ४ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले मंसिर २९ गते भद्रकालीस्थित आर्मी अफिसर्स क्लबमा बिहान १० बजे सभा गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो।
सभामा आव २०८१/८२ का लागि प्रस्तावित १९ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) पारित गर्ने प्रमुख एजेण्डा रहेको बैंकले जनाएको छ। साथै सञ्चालकको भत्ता तथा सुविधा समायोजन, नियमावली संशोधनसम्बन्धी विशेष प्रस्ताव, र नियमनकारी निकायबाट आउने सम्भावित निर्देशनअनुसार आवश्यक संशोधन गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी दिने प्रस्ताव पनि पेश गर्ने उल्लेख छ।
यससँगै बैंकले आव २०८१/८२ को वार्षिक प्रतिवेदन, लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदनसहित वित्तीय विवरणहरू—वासलात, नाफा–नोक्सान, नगद प्रवाह तथा इक्विटी परिवर्तन विवरण—माथि छलफल गरी पारित गर्नेछ। आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ का लागि लेखापरीक्षक नियुक्ति तथा पारिश्रमिक निर्धारण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पनि सभामा पेश हुनेछ।
लाभांश वितरण तथा साधारण सभा प्रयोजनका लागि बैंकले मंसिर १६ गते बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। त्यसैले मंसिर १५ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भई नाम दर्ता भएका सेयरधनीहरू मात्र साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन र प्रस्तावित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्न योग्य हुनेछन्।
Kathmandu — Standard Chartered Bank Nepal has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) to approve dividends for the fiscal year 2081/82. The board meeting held on Mangsir 4 decided to convene the AGM on Mangsir 29 at the Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, starting at 10:00 AM.
The key agenda of the meeting is the approval of the 19% cash dividend (tax included) proposed for shareholders. The AGM will also discuss revising directors’ allowances and facilities, approving amendments to the bank’s regulations, and authorizing the board to make any changes as instructed by regulatory authorities.
Additionally, the meeting will deliberate on and approve the annual reports of fiscal year 2081/82, including the auditor’s report, balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement, changes in equity, and related schedules. Appointment of an auditor for fiscal year 2082/83 and determination of remuneration will also be presented.
For dividend distribution and AGM participation, the bank has declared book closure on Mangsir 16. Therefore, only shareholders whose names are recorded in NEPSE by Mangsir 15 will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
