पहिले विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूमा बिक्री खुला गर्दा वितरण हुन नसकेपछि, अब अन्य व्यक्ति तथा संस्थाहरूले समेत खरिद गर्न सक्ने गरी उक्त शेयर बिक्रीमा आएको हो।

Shares Priced at NPR 210 Each Under NIC Asia Bank's Ownership
Surya Jyoti Life Insurance is set to sell 300,000 promoter shares, with each share priced at NPR 210 under the ownership of NIC Asia Bank. The existing promoter shareholders, as well as other individuals and institutions, can apply to purchase these shares from Ashar 4 to Ashar 11.
Expanded Sale After Unsuccessful Distribution
Initially offered to existing promoter shareholders, these shares are now available to other individuals and institutions due to the previous unsuccessful distribution.
