अप्पर सोलु हाइड्रोको १ करोड १५ लाख कित्ता शेयरको लकइन अवधि असार २९ मा सकिँदै अप्पर सोलु हाइड्रो इलेक्ट्रिक कम्पनी लिमिटेडको कुल १ करोड १५ लाख ८१ हजार ६५० कित्ता शेयरको लकइन अवधि आगामी असार २९ गते सकिन गइरहेको छ। लकइन अवधि सकिएपछि सो शेयरहरू दोस्रो बजारमा कारोबार योग्य हुनेछन्। हाल लकइन अवधिमा रहेका शेयरहरूमा कम्पनीका संस्थापक शेयरधनीको १ करोड १ लाख ९२ हजार ५०० कित्ता, कर्मचारीको ३९ हजार १५० कित्ता र आयोजना प्रभावित बासिन्दाको १३ लाख ५० हजार कित्ता शेयर रहेका छन्। यिनै शेयरहरू अब लकइन अवधि पूरा भएसँगै कारोबारका लागि खुला हुनेछन्।Lock-in Period of 1.15 Crore Shares of Upper Solu Hydro to End on Asar 29 The lock-in period of 1,15,81,650 shares of Upper Solu Hydroelectric Company Limited is set to expire on Asar 29, 2081 (mid-July 2025). Once the lock-in ends, these shares will be eligible for trading in the secondary market. The shares currently under lock-in include 1,01,92,500 shares held by the company’s promoters, 39,150 shares allocated to employees, and 13,50,000 shares issued to project-affected local residents. All of these will become tradable after the lock-in period expires.
