      काठमाडौं - नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले निर्माण व्यवसायीहरूका लागि विभिन्न नयाँ व्यवस्थाहरू ल्याएको छ। गभर्नर महाप्रसाद अधिकारीले मौद्रिक नीति सार्वजनिक गर्दै निर्माण व्यवसायका लागि केही महत्त्वपूर्ण निर्णयहरू गरेका छन्। यस्ता छन् ६ नयाँ व्यवस्था (क) निर्माण व्यवसायहरूलाई प्रवाह भएको कर्जाको साँवाब्याज तिर्ने अवधि २०८१ मंसिर मसान्तसम्म थप गर्ने। (ख) निर्माण व्यवसायहरूलाई कर्जा सूचनासम्बन्धी अर्को व्यवस्था नभएसम्मको लागि चेक अनादर भएको आधारमा मात्र कालोसूचीमा समावेश नगर्ने। (ग) निर्माण व्यवसायको लागि लिइने बैंकिङ सुविधा तथा कर्जाहरूमध्ये वासलात बाहिरको सुविधा उपयोग गर्दा क्रेडिट रेटिङ्ग गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्थाको सीमा सम्बन्धमा छुट्टै व्यवस्था गर्ने। (घ) निर्माण व्यवसायीहरूको जमानतहरू दावी भई सृजना भएको कर्जामा आर्थिक वर्ष २०८१/८२ का लागि ऋण सृजना भएको मितिबाट अन्य कर्जा सरह कर्जा वर्गीकरण र कर्जा नोक्सानी व्यवस्था कायम गर्ने। (ङ) जोइन्ट भेन्चर (जेभी) मा संलग्न कुनै पनि जेभी पार्टनर कालोसूचीमा परेको कारण अन्य जेभी पार्टनरको बैंकिङ काम कारवाहीमा असर नपर्ने व्यवस्था मिलाइने। (च) नेपाल सरकारबाट निर्माण कार्यको म्याद नवीकरण भएमा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट प्रदान भएको जमानत समेत नवीकरण हुनसक्ने व्यवस्था मिलाइने। गभर्नर अधिकारीले यस्ता व्यवस्थाहरूले निर्माण व्यवसायीहरूलाई राहत पुर्‍याउने विश्वास व्यक्त गरे। यस कदमले निर्माण क्षेत्रमा तरलता बढाउने र व्यवसायिक गतिविधिहरूलाई थप सुदृढ गर्ने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।Kathmandu - Nepal Rastra Bank has introduced several new measures for construction entrepreneurs. Governor Maha Prasad Adhikari announced some significant decisions for the construction sector while unveiling the monetary policy. Here are the 6 new provisions: (a) The repayment period for the principal and interest on loans provided to construction businesses has been extended until the end of Mangsir 2081. (b) Construction businesses will not be blacklisted solely based on bounced checks until further notice regarding credit information. (c) Separate provisions will be made concerning the limit for credit rating when utilizing off-balance sheet facilities among banking facilities and loans taken for construction businesses. (d) For loans created by guarantees claimed from construction entrepreneurs, the same loan classification and loss provision will be maintained as for other loans from the date of loan creation for the fiscal year 2081/82. (e) If any joint venture (JV) partner is blacklisted, it will not affect the banking operations of other JV partners. (f) If the construction project period is renewed by the Government of Nepal, the guarantees provided by banks and financial institutions can also be renewed accordingly. Governor Adhikari expressed confidence that these measures would provide relief to construction entrepreneurs. This step is expected to increase liquidity in the construction sector and strengthen business activities.

The bank's financial statements, prepared for presentation at its 17th Annual General Meeting, were praised for excellently presenting the bank's details to shareholders and stakeholders.       मानुषी लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाको लकइन अवधि भदौ ७ गते सकिदैछ। लघुवित्तका अनुसार यस दिनदेखि कर्मचारीहरूको स्वामित्वमा रहेको ५ हजार ४६८९ कित्ता सेयरको लकइन अवधि समाप्त हुनेछ। लघुवित्तले सर्वसाधारणलाई आईपीओ निष्काशन गरी वि.सं २०७८ भदौ ७ गते बाँडफाँट गरेको थियो। नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको निर्देशन अनुसार सर्वसाधारणलाई सेयर जारी गरेको मितिदेखि ३ वर्षसम्म संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूले धारण गरेको सेयर र कर्मचारीहरूलाई बाँडफाँट गरिएको सेयर लकइनमा राख्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था छ। लघुवित्तका संस्थापक सेयर सदस्यहरूमध्ये संचालक सदस्य र कम्पनीका उच्च तहका कर्मचारीहरूले भने सेयर खरिद बिक्री गर्न नपाउने व्यवस्था छ। हाल लघुवित्तको चुक्ता पुँजी १० करोड ९३ लाख रुपैयाँ रहेको छ। संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूको स्वामित्व ६४ प्रतिशत अर्थात् ७ लाख कित्ता र सर्वसाधारण समूहको स्वामित्व ३६ प्रतिशत अर्थात् ३ लाख ९३ हजार ७०० कित्ता रहेको छ। The lock-in period for shares owned by employees of Manushi Microfinance Financial Institution is ending on August 23. According to the microfinance institution, the lock-in period for 54,689 shares owned by employees will end on this day. Manushi Microfinance had issued an IPO to the general public and distributed the shares on August 23, 2021. According to the directive of the Nepal Securities Board, shares held by the founder shareholders and shares distributed to the employees must be kept in a lock-in period for three years from the date of issuance to the general public. Among the founder shareholders, directors and high-level employees of the company are not allowed to buy or sell shares. Currently, the paid-up capital of Manushi Microfinance is 109.3 million rupees. Founder shareholders own 64 percent, or 700,000 shares, while the general public owns 36 percent, or 393,700 shares.

      नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले १०० रुपैयाँ दरका ३० करोड थान नयाँ नोट छाप्ने भएको छ। आइतबार एक सूचना जारी गर्दै बैंकले नोटको डिजाइनसहित छपाई र ढुवानीको जिम्मेवारीका लागि अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय बोलकबोल आह्वान गरेको हो। यस प्रक्रियामा सहभागी हुन प्रारम्भिक छनोटमा परेका योग्य कम्पनी तथा फर्महरूलाई पुनः दरखास्त आह्वान गरिएको सूचनामा उल्लेख छ। गत २९ अक्टोबर २०२१ मा जारी बोलकबोलमा सहभागी भएका कम्पनीहरूलाई यो अवसर दिइएको हो। योग्य आवेदकले एकल चरण दुई खाममा छुट्टाछुट्टै छापसहितका दुईवटा आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ। केन्द्रीय बैंकका मुद्रण विभागका अनुसार, छनोटमा परेका आवेदकले ४ सेप्टेम्बर २०२४ को १२ बजेसम्म आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। छनोटमा परेका र टेन्डर पाएको कम्पनीले स्वीकृतिको अधिकतम १२० दिनभित्र नोट छपाई र ढुवानी सम्पन्न गर्नुपर्नेछ। आवेदक कम्पनीले धितोको रूपमा २ करोड ७५ लाख रुपैयाँ राख्नुपर्नेछ। Nepal Rastra Bank is set to print 300 million new 100 rupee notes. This opportunity is extended to those who participated in the tender issued on October 29, 2021. Eligible applicants must submit two separate sealed bids in a single-stage process. According to the central bank's printing department, selected applicants must submit their applications by 12 PM on September 4, 2024. The selected and tender-winning company must complete the printing and transportation of the notes within a maximum of 120 days of approval. Applicants are required to provide a security deposit of 27.5 million rupees.
