बिहीबार नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) परिसूचक घटेर बन्द भएको छ । अघिल्लो कारोबार दिन बुधबार सामान्य सुधार देखिएको बजार यस दिन पुनः दबाबमा परेको हो। यस दिन नेप्से परिसूचक १२.३६ अंकले घट्दै २७४२.११ विन्दुमा कायम भएको छ।The NEPSE index declined by 12.36 points on Thursday to close at 2,742.11 points. Despite the market decline, daily turnover increased to over Rs. 3.89 billion. Most sector indices ended lower, with the Hotel and Tourism subgroup posting the biggest loss. Bungal Hydro gained more than 6 percent, while Upper Lohore Khola Hydropower Company recorded the highest decline of 14.95 percent. Ankhu Khola Hydropower Company emerged as the top-traded stock of the day.

अमेरिकी उपराष्ट्रपति JD Vance ले इरानसँगको शान्ति वार्तामा सकारात्मक प्रगति भएको बताएका छन्। उनले अमेरिका र इरान दुवै पक्ष सैन्य तनाव बढाउन इच्छुक नरहेको उल्लेख गर्दै राष्ट्रपति Donald Trump को निर्देशनमा वार्ता अगाडि बढिरहेको बताए। वार्ता असफल भएमा वैकल्पिक योजना तयार रहेको चेतावनी दिँदै अमेरिकाले इरानलाई आणविक हतियार बनाउन नदिने अडान दोहोर्याएको छ। यसैबीच, ट्रम्पले इरानमाथि तय गरिएको सैन्य आक्रमणको योजना स्थगित गर्न पेन्टागनलाई निर्देशन दिएका छन्।U.S. Vice President JD Vance said that meaningful progress has been made in the peace talks with Iran. He stated that both the U.S. and Iran are unwilling to escalate military tensions, and negotiations are continuing under the direction of President Donald Trump. Vance warned that an alternative plan is ready if the talks fail and reaffirmed that the U.S. will not allow Iran to obtain nuclear weapons. Meanwhile, Trump has ordered the Pentagon to suspend the planned military strike against Iran.

नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्जका पूर्व प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत शङ्करमान सिंह को आकस्मिक हृदयघातका कारण निधन भएको छ। उनले नेप्सेमा रहँदा नेपालको पूँजी बजार विस्तार र लगानीकर्ताको पहुँच वृद्धि गर्न महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिएका थिए। साथै, SEZ विकास समितिको कार्यकारी निर्देशकका रूपमा पनि उनले औद्योगिक तथा आर्थिक विकासमा भूमिका निर्वाह गरेका थिए। आर्थिक विश्लेषक र लेखकका रूपमा परिचित सिंहको निधनले नेपालको पूँजी बजार र प्रशासनिक क्षेत्रमा ठूलो क्षति पुगेको बताइएको छ।Former CEO of the Nepal Stock Exchange, Shankarman Singh, has passed away due to a sudden heart attack. During his tenure at NEPSE, he made significant contributions to the expansion of Nepal’s capital market and investor access. He also served as Executive Director of the SEZ Development Committee, contributing to industrial and economic development. Widely respected as an economic analyst and writer, his demise is considered a major loss to Nepal’s capital market and administrative sector.

Gold rose by Rs. 1,800 per tola to Rs. 293,800, while silver increased by Rs. 90 per tola to Rs. 5,050, according to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association.
