दुई संस्था एक भएसँगै अब देशभर स्वरोजगार लघुवित्तका शाखाहरूको संख्या ११२ पुगेको छ भने १ लाख ३२ हजारभन्दा बढी सक्रिय सदस्यहरू यसमा आबद्ध भएका छन्। हाल संस्थामा ६१९ जना कर्मचारी कार्यरत छन्। लघुवित्त क्षेत्रमा देखिएको बढ्दो प्रतिस्पर्धालाई चिर्दै आफ्नो पुँजीगत आधार मजबुत बनाउन तथा ग्रामीण र विपन्न वर्गसम्म पहुँचयोग्य, गुणस्तरीय र प्रभावकारी वित्तीय सेवा पुर्याउन यो कदमले महत्त्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्ने संस्थाले विश्वास लिएको छ।With the unification of the two institutions, Swarojgar Laghubitta's network has expanded to 112 branches nationwide, serving a growing base of over 132,000 active members. The institution currently employs a workforce of 619 personnel. Amidst rising competition in the microfinance sector, the company remains confident that this strategic consolidation will reinforce its financial foundation and facilitate the delivery of accessible, high-quality, and effective financial services to rural and marginalized communities.
