अविरल वर्षा र बाढीका कारण दूरसञ्चारका केही भौतिक संरचनामा क्षति पुगे पनि सेवा सुचारु राख्न प्राविधिक टोली निरन्तर खटिरहेको कम्पनीले स्पष्ट पारेको छ। अधिकांश बिग्रिएका संरचना मर्मत भइसकेको र बाँकीको पनि छिट्टै काम सकिने जानकारी दिँदै टेलिकमले विपद्को यो घडीमा आवश्यकताअनुसार निःशुल्क सुविधाको उपयोग गर्न प्रभावित क्षेत्रका बासिन्दालाई आग्रह गरेको छ।Despite significant damage to some of its physical infrastructure caused by the incessant rainfall and floods, NTC assured that its technical teams are working round the clock to keep communication networks operational. While most of the damaged facilities have already been restored, rapid repair work is underway for the remaining structures. The company has urged residents in the affected zones to fully utilize these free services to stay safe and connected during this crisis.

The World Bank has announced a $167 million concessional loan, and the Asian Development Bank (ADB) has committed a $5 million grant along with $150,000 for technical assistance. Additionally, the Australian and US governments have pledged $1 million and $500,000, respectively, to bolster ongoing relief efforts.

यस नगद सहयोगका अतिरिक्त राणाले प्रभावितहरूका लागि थप २५ लाख रुपैयाँ बराबरको खाद्यान्न तथा जिन्सी सामग्रीसमेत उपलब्ध गराउने तयारी गरेकी छन्। अर्थ तथा गृह मन्त्रालयसँगको प्रत्यक्ष समन्वयमा अति आवश्यक परेका स्थानमा उक्त राहत सामग्री वितरण गरिने प्रतिबद्धता उनले जनाएकी छन्।In addition to this substantial cash contribution, Rana is preparing to provide food and in-kind relief materials worth an additional NPR 2.5 million for the displaced populations.
