सरकारले उच्चस्तरीय आर्थिक सुधार आयोगको सिफारिस कार्यान्वयन गर्न तीन वर्षभित्र लागू हुने ४०८ बुँदे कार्ययोजना सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। कार्ययोजनामा ५–७ महिनासम्मको आयात धान्न सक्ने विदेशी सञ्चिति कायम राख्ने, उत्पादनमुखी र निर्यातमुखी क्षेत्रलाई स्थिर ब्याजदरमा कर्जा उपलब्ध गराउने, र घर कर्जामा पनि ब्याजदर स्थिर राख्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले कर्जा र निक्षेपको ब्याजदर अन्तर घटाउनेछ भने अर्थ मन्त्रालयले वैकल्पिक वित्तको व्यवस्था तथा अप्रत्यक्ष कर र सरकारी खर्च कटौती गर्नेछ। कार्ययोजनाले कालोबजारी नियन्त्रण, आर्थिक स्थायित्व र वस्तु तथा सेवाको आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेको छ।The Government of Nepal has introduced a 408-point action plan to implement the High-Level Economic Reform Commission’s recommendations within three years. Key reforms include maintaining foreign reserves to cover 5–7 months of imports, providing fixed-interest loans to productive and export-focused sectors, and stabilizing interest rates for home loans. Nepal Rastra Bank will reduce the interest rate spread to lower banking costs and promote financial stability. The Ministry of Finance will ensure access to alternative low-interest financing and reduce indirect taxes and government expenditure. These measures aim to improve economic efficiency, control black market activities, and ensure smooth supply of goods and services.
