नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले वित्तीय प्रणालीमा रहेको अधिक तरलता व्यवस्थापन गर्न आज शुक्रवार १ खर्ब २५ अर्ब रुपैयाँ निक्षेप संकलन गर्ने भएको छ। बोलकबोल प्रक्रियामार्फत गरिने यस उपकरणमा वाणिज्य बैंक, विकास बैंक र वित्त कम्पनीहरूले मात्र सहभागिता जनाउन पाउनेछन्। बैंकिङ क्षेत्रमा कर्जा प्रवाह कमजोर रहँदा तरलता बढी भएपछि राष्ट्र बैंकले बजार ब्याजदर सन्तुलनमा राख्न यो कदम चालेको हो। संकलित रकमको सावाँ तथा ब्याज २०८३ वैशाख २ गते भुक्तानी गरिनेछ।Nepal Rastra Bank is set to absorb Rs 125 billion today through a deposit collection instrument to manage excess liquidity in the financial system. Only commercial banks, development banks, and financial institutions are eligible to participate in the bidding process. The move comes as credit growth remains weak, resulting in high liquidity in the banking sector. The central bank aims to stabilize interest rates through this monetary operation, with repayment scheduled for April 14, 2026.
