साढे ७ महिनायताकै उच्च कारोबार, नेप्से भने ३२ अंकले घट्योHighest Trading in 7.5 Months, NEPSE Falls by 32 Points

काठमाडौं । मंगलबार सेयर बजारमा साढे ७ महिनायताकै उच्च कारोबार भएको छ। यस दिन कुल २१ अर्ब ५० करोड रुपैयाँ बराबरको शेयर कारोबार भएको हो। उच्च कारोबार भए पनि नेप्से परिसूचक भने ३२.०८ अंक (१.११ प्रतिशत) घटेर २८४३ विन्दुमा बन्द भएको छ। आज ७८ कम्पनीको शेयर मूल्य बढ्दा १७८ कम्पनीको घटेको छ। रिलायन्स स्पिनिङ मिल्स र साल्पा विकास बैंकको शेयर मूल्य १० प्रतिशतले बढेको छ भने हिमस्टार ऊर्जाको मूल्य सबैभन्दा धेरै ६.३६ प्रतिशतले घटेको छ।Kathmandu — Nepal’s stock market recorded its highest trading volume in about seven and a half months on Tuesday, with transactions worth NPR 21.50 billion. Despite the strong turnover, the NEPSE index declined by 32.08 points (1.11%) to close at 2,843. Share prices of 78 companies increased while 178 declined. Reliance Spinning Mills and Salpa Development Bank gained 10 percent each, while Himstar Energy recorded the highest loss with a 6.36 percent drop.

सरकारले ५ वर्ष अवधिको विकास ऋणपत्र २०८७ मार्फत ६ अर्ब रुपैयाँ आन्तरिक ऋण उठाउने भएको छ। सार्वजनिक ऋण व्यवस्थापन कार्यालयका अनुसार ऋणपत्रको बोलकबोल फागुन २६ गते हुनेछ भने निष्कासन फागुन २७ गते गरिनेछ। बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था, बीमा कम्पनी, संगठित संस्था तथा नेपाली नागरिकले बोलकबोलमा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्। ऋणपत्रको ब्याजदर बोलकबोल प्रक्रियाबाट निर्धारण गरिनेछ र यसलाई धितो राखेर कर्जा लिन पनि सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।The Government of Nepal plans to raise NPR 6 billion in domestic debt through a five-year Development Bond 2087. According to the Public Debt Management Office, the bidding process will take place on Falgun 26, and the bond will be issued on Falgun 27. Banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, organized institutions, and Nepali citizens can participate in the bidding. The company had opened the IPO issue on Falgun 17, 2082, offering shares at a par value of Rs. 100 per unit. The company has issued 18,42,600 units of ordinary shares to the general public under this offering. Shikhar Power Development Limited has a total issued capital of Rs. 98 crore, out of which 32.65 percent (32,00,000 shares) is planned to be distributed to the public. From the total public allocation, 9,80,000 shares (10 percent of issued capital) worth Rs. 9.80 crore have been reserved for project-affected locals and transmission line–affected residents of Baglung District based on the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report. The remaining 22,20,000 shares (22.65 percent) are designated for the general public.

फागुन २५ गते, सोमबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य घटेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी संघका अनुसार छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला ३ हजार ७०० रुपैयाँले घटेर ३ लाख १३ हजार २०० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। यस्तै, चाँदीको मूल्य पनि तोलामा ६५ रुपैयाँले घटेर प्रतितोला ५ हजार ४१० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। On Monday, Falgun 25, the prices of both gold and silver decreased in the Nepali market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, gold fell by Rs. 3,700 per tola to Rs. 313,200 per tola. Similarly, silver declined by Rs. 65 per tola and is being traded at Rs. 5,410 per tola.

राष्ट्र बैंकका दुई डेपुटी गभर्नर सोमबारबाट अवकाशमा, नयाँ नियुक्ति नयाँ सरकारको जिम्मामा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकका दुई डेपुटी गभर्नर डा. नीलम ढुंगाना तिम्सिना र बमबहादुर मिश्र सोमबारदेखि अवकाशमा जाँदै छन्। उनीहरूको पाँच वर्षे कार्यकाल समाप्त भएसँगै नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकमा डेपुटी गभर्नरका दुई पद रिक्त हुने भएका छन्। दुवै जना २०७७ फागुन २५ गते डेपुटी गभर्नर नियुक्त भएका थिए। राष्ट्र बैंक ऐनअनुसार डेपुटी गभर्नरको कार्यकाल पाँच वर्षको हुने व्यवस्था छ। हालसम्म नयाँ डेपुटी गभर्नर नियुक्तिका लागि औपचारिक प्रक्रिया सुरु नभएको बताइएको छ। प्रतिनिधिसभा निर्वाचनका कारण लागू भएको निर्वाचन आचारसंहिताले गर्दा सरकारले तत्काल नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउन नसकेको हो। अर्थ मन्त्रालयले नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने विषयमा निर्वाचन आयोगसँग परामर्श गरे पनि सम्भावित विवादको जोखिमलाई ध्यानमा राख्दै तत्काल नियुक्ति नगर्ने निर्णय गरिएको स्रोतले जनाएको छ। यस कारण अब डेपुटी गभर्नर नियुक्तिको जिम्मेवारी नयाँ सरकार गठन भएपछि मात्र अघि बढ्ने सम्भावना देखिएको छ।Two Deputy Governors of Nepal Rastra Bank Retiring Monday, New Appointments Likely After Formation of New Government Kathmandu: Two Deputy Governors of Nepal Rastra Bank — Nilam Dhungana Timsina and Bom Bahadur Mishra — are set to retire from their positions starting Monday as their five-year terms come to an end. With their retirement, two key positions in the country’s central bank will become vacant. Both officials were appointed Deputy Governors on February 25, 2021 (Falgun 25, 2077 BS). According to the provisions of the Nepal Rastra Bank Act, the tenure of a Deputy Governor is fixed at five years. Despite the approaching retirement date, the process of appointing new Deputy Governors has not yet begun. Government officials say the delay is largely due to the election code of conduct currently in effect during the ongoing parliamentary elections. The Ministry of Finance, under the leadership of Finance Minister Rameshwar Prasad Khanal, had consulted the Election Commission of Nepal regarding whether the appointment process could proceed. However, to avoid potential controversy or violation of election regulations, the government decided not to move forward with the appointments at this stage.

नेपाली बजारमा सुन तथा चाँदीको मूल्यमा गिरावटGold and Silver Prices Fall in the Nepali Market

फागुन २२ गते, शुक्रबार, नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदी दुवैको मूल्य घटेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी संघका अनुसार छापावाल सुन प्रतितोला ४ हजार २०० रुपैयाँले घटेर ३ लाख १३ हजार ४०० रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। त्यस्तै चाँदीको मूल्य पनि ९५ रुपैयाँले घटेर प्रतितोला ५ हजार ४४५ रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ । On Friday, Falgun 22, prices of both gold and silver declined in the Nepali market. According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, the price of hallmark gold fell by NPR 4,200 per tola to NPR 313,400 per tola. Similarly, silver also dropped by NPR 95 per tola and is currently being traded at NPR 5,445 per tola.

Petronet LNG, India’s largest importer of liquefied natural gas (LNG), has warned that some operations could be disrupted, raising concerns about tighter gas supply in the world’s most populous nation. According to a notice issued by the company to the stock exchange late Tuesday night, vessels may not be able to safely reach QatarEnergy’s loading port at Ras Laffan through the Strait of Hormuz. QatarEnergy, a key supplier for the Indian market, has already announced a temporary halt in LNG production earlier this week. In response to the situation, Petronet LNG said it has sent a “force majeure” notice to QatarEnergy regarding three of its tankers—Disha, Rahi, and Aseem.
