नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज मा सूचीकृत सुपरमाई हाइड्रोपावर लिमिटेड (SMH) को शेयरमूल्य समायोजन गरिएको छ। साधारण सभा तथा लाभांश वितरणका लागि कम्पनीले बुकक्लोज गरेसँगै नेप्सेले २० प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर समायोजन गरी नयाँ मूल्य निर्धारण गरेको हो। समायोजनपछि कम्पनीको शेयरमूल्य प्रतिकित्ता ५९१ रुपैयाँ ६७ पैसामा कायम भएको छ।The share price of Supermai Hydropower Limited (SMH) listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange was adjusted following the company’s book closure for its Annual General Meeting and dividend distribution. The exchange revised the price after adjusting for the company’s 20 percent bonus share issue. After the adjustment, the new trading price has been fixed at NPR 591.67 per share.

The IPO is being launched for project-affected local residents and Nepalis working abroad. The company has received approval to issue 42,306,668 ordinary shares worth NPR 423.06 million, which represents 35.26 percent of its issued capital of NPR 1.2 billion. Out of this, 1.2 million shares (at a face value of NPR 100 per share) have been reserved for local residents of the project-affected area, mainly from Bhojpur district. Similarly, 10 percent of the shares allocated for the general public—equivalent to 303,067 units—have been set aside for Nepalis employed overseas. In addition, 151,533 shares have been reserved for mutual funds and 60,613 shares for company employees.

He noted that dual pricing and separate ISINs encourage speculation, reduce liquidity, and prevent the NEPSE index from reflecting the real market situation. He also pointed out that promoter share lock-in periods and weak regulation have created market imbalances. Emphasizing the role of SEBON, NEPSE, and CDSC, he urged authorities to strengthen institutions and develop a transparent, efficient, and performance-based capital market to support sustainable economic growth.

Despite the rise in the index, total turnover declined to NPR 5.13 billion. Salapa Development Bank hit the positive circuit, and several stocks recorded notable gains. सामाजिक सुरक्षा कोषमा फागुन १० गतेसम्म योगदानकर्ताबाट १ खर्ब २ अर्ब ५४ करोड रुपैयाँभन्दा बढी रकम जम्मा भएको छ। हाल कोषमा २८ लाखभन्दा बढी योगदानकर्ता र २३ हजारभन्दा बढी रोजगारदाता सूचीकृत छन्। औपचारिक क्षेत्रमा कार्यरत श्रमिकको तलबबाट ३१ प्रतिशत योगदान जम्मा गरिन्छ। कोषले संकलित रकम सरकारी ऋणपत्र, बैंक निक्षेप, म्युचुअल फन्ड लगायतका क्षेत्रमा सुरक्षित रूपमा लगानी गर्दै आएको छ। औपचारिक र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका श्रमिकको सहभागिता बढी भए पनि अनौपचारिक र स्वरोजगार क्षेत्रको सहभागिता न्यून रहेको छ।The Social Security Fund has collected over NPR 102.54 billion in contributions as of Falgun 10. The collected amount is safely invested in government securities, bank deposits, mutual funds, and other financial instruments. While participation from formal-sector and migrant workers is high, enrollment from informal and self-employed workers remains low.

सुन र चाँदीको मूल्य बढ्यो Gold and Silver Prices

फागुन ११ गते सोमबार नेपाली बजारमा सुन र चाँदीको मूल्य पुनः बढेको छ। नेपाल सुनचाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघका अनुसार सुन प्रतितोला ३ हजार २०० रुपैयाँले बढेर ३ लाख १३ हजार ५०० रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने चाँदी १७० रुपैयाँले बढेर ५ हजार ५९५ रुपैयाँमा कारोबार भइरहेको छ। दुबै धातुको मूल्य आइतबारको तुलनामा थप उकालो लागेको हो। Gold and silver prices increased again in the Nepali market on Monday, Falgun 11. According to Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers’ Association, hallmark gold rose by Rs. 3,200 per tola to reach Rs. 313,500, while silver increased by Rs. 170 per tola and is being traded at Rs. 5,595. Both precious metals continued their upward trend from Sunday.

The company will submit its approved financial statements to Nepal Rastra Bank for regulatory approval. It has not paid dividends since fiscal year 2078/79.

The company had opened the issue from Falgun 5, offering 1,286,500 ordinary shares at a face value of NPR 100 per share. Investors are allowed to apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 100,000 shares. The issue and sales manager for the IPO is Global IME Capital Limited. Applications can be submitted through ASBA member banks and financial institutions authorized by the Securities Board of Nepal, as well as through the Meroshare online system. The company has received an issuer rating of “CARE-NP BB” from CARE Ratings Nepal. This rating indicates a moderate level of risk in the company’s ability to meet its financial obligations.
