नेपालका तीन प्रमुख लगानीकर्ता संगठनहरू—नेपाल धितोपत्र लगानीकर्ता संघ, नेपाल शेयर बजार लगानीकर्ता संघ र नेपाल शेयरधनी संघ—ले पूँजीबजार सुधारका लागि सरकारसमक्ष ८ बुँदे माग पेश गरेका छन्। उनीहरूले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्ड मा भएका अनियमितताको छानबिन, गैरआवासीय नेपालीलाई दोस्रो बजारमा लगानी खुला, कमजोर कम्पनीको प्रिमियम आईपीओ रोक्न, लगानीकर्ताको प्रतिनिधित्व सुनिश्चित गर्न तथा नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज को पुनर्संरचना प्रतिवेदन कार्यान्वयन गर्न सरकारसँग आग्रह गरेका छन्। लगानीकर्ताहरूले बजारलाई धराशायी हुनबाट जोगाउन तत्काल सुधार आवश्यक भएको बताएका छन्। Three major investor organizations in Nepal—Nepal Securities Investors Association, Nepal Share Market Investors Association and Nepal Shareholders Association—have submitted an 8-point demand to the government seeking urgent reforms in the capital market. They have called for an investigation into irregularities at the Securities Board of Nepal, permission for NRNs to invest in the secondary market, stricter rules for IPOs, investor representation in regulatory bodies, and immediate implementation of the restructuring report of the Nepal Stock Exchange. Investors say urgent action is needed to restore confidence and protect the market.
