काठमाडौं । श्रीनगर एग्रीटेक इन्डष्ट्रिज लिमिटेडले भदौ ११ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणमा बिक्री खुला गरेको आईपीओमा वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीले आवेदन दिन सक्ने आज (भदौ १५) अन्तिम दिन हो।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले कम्पनीलाई १ अर्ब ६३ करोड १२ लाख ५० हजार रुपैयाँ चुक्ता पुँजीको २० प्रतिशत बराबर ३२ करोड ६२ लाख ५० हजार रुपैयाँ अर्थात् ३२ लाख ६२ हजार ५०० कित्ता साधारण शेयर निष्कासन गर्न अनुमति दिएको थियो।
यसअन्तर्गत १० प्रतिशत अर्थात् ३ लाख ९ हजार ९३८ कित्ता शेयर विशेषगरी वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि छुट्याइएको छ।
लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्ता र अधिकतम १० हजार कित्तासम्मको माग गर्दै आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
उक्त आईपीओको निष्कासन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धक नबिल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेड रहेको छ।
Today (Bhadra 15) is the final day for Nepalis working abroad to apply for the IPO of Srinagar Agritech Industries Limited, which opened on Bhadra 11.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) had authorized the company to issue 20% of its paid-up capital of NPR 1.63 billion — equivalent to NPR 326.25 million, or 3,262,500 ordinary shares at a par value of NPR 100 each.
Out of this, 10% — a total of 309,938 shares — has been allocated specifically for Nepalis working abroad.
Applicants can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000 shares.
Nabil Investment Banking Limited is the issue and sales manager for the IPO.
