विजय लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाले गत वर्षको नाफाबाट सेयरधनीलाई लाभांश नदिने घोषणा गरेको छ। संस्थाको असार १ गते बिहान ८:३० बजे बसेको सञ्चालक समिति बैठकमा सो निर्णय गरिएको हो। संस्थाले आर्थिक वर्ष २०७८-७९ को नाफाबाट २१.०५ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गरेको थियो।
सञ्चालक समितिले निर्णय अनुसार आर्थिक वर्ष २०७९-८० को नाफाबाट कुनै पनि लाभांश वितरण नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। यो निर्णय नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले पेश गरेको स्वीकृत प्रस्तावको आधारमा गरिएको हो।
यस निर्णयले सेयरधनीहरूमा असन्तोष फैलिन सक्ने सम्भावना छ, तर कम्पनीको दीर्घकालीन वित्तीय सुदृढता र विस्तारको लागि यसलाई आवश्यक कदमको रूपमा लिइएको छ।

Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced that it will not distribute dividends to its shareholders from last year's profits. This decision was made during the board of directors' meeting held on Asar 1 at 8:30 AM. Last year, the institution had distributed a 21.05% dividend from the profits of the fiscal year 2078-79.
According to the decision, no dividend will be distributed from the profits of the fiscal year 2079-80. This decision was made based on the approved proposal presented by the Nepal Rastra Bank.
This decision might cause dissatisfaction among the shareholders, but it has been taken as a necessary step for the long-term financial stability and expansion of the company.
