यस फाइनान्सका केही संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेको केही/सबै संस्थापक शेयरहरू बिक्री/नामसारी गर्नका लागि अनुमति पाँउ भनी यस फाइनान्स समक्ष निवेदन पेश गर्नु भएकोले संस्थापक शेयरहरू खरीद बिक्री गर्दा साविकको संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई प्राथमिकता दिनु पर्ने विद्यमान व्यवस्था भएको हुँदा संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गरी लिन ईच्छुक हाल कायम यस संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूको जानकारीको लागि यहि मिति २०८३/०३/०४ गतेका दिन राष्ट्रिय दैनिक न्यूज 24 पत्रिकामा ३५ (पैतिस) दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएकोमा उक्त समय भित्र संस्थापक शेयर खरीद बिक्री/नामसारी सम्बन्धमा कुनै दाबी उजुरी नआएको हुँदा नियमानुसार नयाँ शेयरधनीहरूलाई बिक्रीकर्ता संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूको संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धमा आवश्यक काम कारबाही अघि बढाउन ७ दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको व्यहोरा जानकारी गराइन्छ। साथै, संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री/नामसारी सम्बन्धमा थप जानकारीका लागि यस फाइनान्सको प्रधान कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गर्नुहुन अनुरोध छ।
Urgent Notice Regarding Sale/Transfer of Ownership Rights

Since some promoter shareholders of this finance company have submitted an application to this finance company seeking permission to sell/transfer some/all of the promoter shares owned by them, and given the existing arrangement that priority should be given to existing promoter shareholders when buying and selling promoter shares, a 35 (thirty-five) day public notice was published on 2083/03/04 in the national daily 'News 24' for the information of the current promoter shareholders of this institution who are interested in buying promoter shares. As no claims or complaints regarding the purchase/sale/transfer of promoter shares were received within that period, it is hereby informed that a 7-day public notice has been published to proceed with the necessary actions regarding the sale of promoter shares by the selling promoter shareholders to new shareholders as per regulations.
