कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेडको संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले आफ्नो नाममा कायम रहेको २,३०,४१७ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न ईच्छुक भई बैंक समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको र नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी निर्देशन बमोजिम बिक्री गर्न प्रस्ताव गरिएको संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्ने पहिलो हक विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुमा रहने भएकोले उक्त शेयर खरिद गर्न ईच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिन भित्र बैंकको शेयर रजिस्ट्रार, कुमारी क्यापिटल लिमिटेड काठमाडौं-१ नक्साल, नागपोखरी वा कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेडको प्रधान कार्यालय काठमाडौं-२, टंगालमा आइपुग्ने गरी आवेदन दिनुहुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । सो शेयरको बिक्री मूल्य विक्रेताले तोके बमोजिम हुनेछ । म्याद भित्र विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुबाट आवेदन नपरेमा संस्थापक भन्दा बाहिर शेयर बिक्रीको प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत जानकारी गराइन्छ ।

35-Day Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
Kumari Bank Limited's promoter shareholders have expressed their desire to sell 2,30,417 units of promoter shares registered in their names and have submitted an application to the bank. As per the directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank, existing promoters have the first right to purchase the proposed promoter shares. Therefore, existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing these shares are requested to submit their applications within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice to the bank's Share Registrar, Kumari Capital Limited, Kathmandu-1, Naxal, Nagpokhari, or Kumari Bank Limited's Head Office, Kathmandu-2, Tangal. The selling price of these shares will be as determined by the seller. It is also informed that if no applications are received from existing promoters within the deadline, the process of selling shares to non-promoters will be initiated.
