Notice Regarding Return Distribution and Unit Holders' Register Book Closure

This is to inform all concerned that, as per the decision of the 89th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Fund Manager held on 2081/04/21, Thursday at 04:00 PM, for the schemes listed below operated under Kumari Mutual Fund sponsored by Kumari Bank Limited and managed/deposited by Kumari Capital Limited, the Unit Holders' Register Book (Book Close) will remain closed for one day on 2081 Bhadra 04, Thursday, for the purpose of distributing the return amount declared for the fiscal year 2080/81 to the unit holders of the respective schemes. Only those unit holders who have traded on NEPSE system up to the day prior to the specified book closure date and whose unit transfer has been duly registered within the time frame specified by prevalent laws will be entitled to the cash return.

Additionally, unit holders who have pledged their units must mandatorily submit a No Objection Letter or Release Letter from the respective bank or financial institution, after which the cash return amount will be deposited into the bank account mentioned in the unit holders' Demat account.
