यस बैंकका संस्थापक शेयरधनी मध्ये केहीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्रीको लागि बैंक समक्ष लिखित रुपमा निवेदन दिनुभएकोमा हाल यस बैंकमा कायम इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्ने जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८२ चैत्र २८ गतेको राजधानी राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा ३५ (पैंतीस) दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरेकोमा केही संस्थापक शेयरको लागि हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनीबाट शेयर खरिद गर्ने निवेदन नआएकोले यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन २०७३, नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले यस सम्बन्धमा बैंकहरुलाई जारी गरेको निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक सर्वसाधारणले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ (पन्ध्र) दिन भित्र यस बैंकको कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क राख्न हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौ ।
साथै, बिक्री गर्ने संस्थापकहरुको नाम, बिक्री मूल्यका सम्बन्धमा कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गरी बुझ्न हुनसमेत यसै सूचनाद्वारा जानकारी गराइन्छ ।
Notice regarding Founder Share Sale

Some of the founder shareholders of this bank have submitted a written application to the bank for the sale of founder shares registered in their names. Currently, a public notice was published in the Rajdhani Rashtriya Dainik on 2082 Chaitra 28, providing 35 (thirty-five) days for existing interested founder shareholders of this bank to purchase founder shares. As no applications have been received from existing founder shareholders for some founder shares, this notice has been published.
In accordance with the Bank and Financial Institutions Act, 2073, directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank in this regard, and other prevailing laws, interested general public wishing to purchase the said founder shares are requested to contact the company secretary's office of this bank within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.
Furthermore, information regarding the names of the selling founders and the sale price can also be obtained by contacting the company secretary's office through this notice.
