यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरहरु बिक्रीको लागि प्रोग्रेशिभ फाइनान्स लिमिटेड समक्ष लिखित रुपमा निवेदन दिनुभएकोमा हाल यस फाइनान्समा कायम रहेका इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनीले संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८३/०१/०२ गतेको सौर्य राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमा ३५ (पैंतीस) दिने सार्वजनिक सूचना प्रकाशित गरेकोमा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले शेयर खरिद नगरेकोले यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था सम्बन्धी ऐन २०७३ र नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले यस सम्बन्धमा वित्तीय संस्थाहरुलाई जारी गरेको निर्देशन तथा अन्य प्रचलित कानून बमोजिम उपरोक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न ईच्छुक शेयरधनीले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले १५ (पन्ध्र) दिन भित्र मापदण्ड पुरा हुने गरी आवश्यक कागजातसहित यस फाइनान्सको कम्पनी सचिवको कार्यालयमा लिखित निवेदन सहित सम्पर्क गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं ।

Urgent Notice Regarding Promoter Share Sale
(Published Date: 2083 Jestha 21, Thursday, Soura Rastriya Dainik)
Whereas the promoter shareholders of this financial institution had submitted a written application to Progressive Finance Limited for the sale of promoter shares registered in their names, and whereas this finance company had published a public notice for 35 (thirty-five) days in the Soura Rastriya Dainik on 2083/01/02 for the information of interested promoter shareholders currently existing in this finance company to purchase promoter shares, and since the existing promoter shareholders have not purchased the shares, this notice is published. In accordance with the Bank and Financial Institution Act, 2073, and the directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank to financial institutions in this regard, and other prevailing laws, interested shareholders wishing to purchase the aforementioned promoter shares are requested to contact the company secretary's office of this finance company with a written application and necessary documents, fulfilling the criteria, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.
