Notice Regarding Appointment of Registrar to Share
As per the decision of the Board of Directors of Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, NMB Capital Limited, Baluwatar, Kathmandu has been appointed as the Share Registrar to carry out all tasks related to maintaining records of the company's securities, dematerialization of shares, transfer, ownership transfer, pledge/freeze, and updating the records of shareholders. Therefore, this notice is published for the information of all respected shareholders and concerned parties that all functions under the company's Share Registrar will be performed through NMB Capital Limited.
