यूनाइटेड अजोड इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडको मिति २०८२/११/१७ गते भन्दा अघिल्लो दिनसम्म कायम शेयरधनीहरुको लागि १०० कित्ता साधारण शेयर बराबर १० कित्ता शेयर (१००:१०) को अनुपातमा रु.१००/- अङ्कित दरको २३,१०,००० कित्ता हकप्रद साधारण शेयरको निष्काशन तथा बिक्री खुल्ला गरिएकोमा सो मध्ये रितपूर्वक आवेदन दिने शेयरधनीहरुलाई २२,३९,५२० कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर मिति २०८३ जेष्ठ १९ गते बाँडफाँड गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

United Ajod Insurance Limited had issued and opened for sale 23,10,000 units of right ordinary shares at a face value of रु.100/- each, in the ratio of 10 shares for every 100 ordinary shares (100:10) held by shareholders who were registered until the day before 2082/11/17. Out of these, 22,39,520 units of right shares have been allotted to eligible applicants on 2083 जेष्ठ 19. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned regarding this allotment.
