नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले ‘विदेशी विनियम कारोबार गर्न इजाजतप्राप्त निकायलाई जारी गरिएको एकीकृत परिपत्र–०८०’ मा संशोधन गरी क्यूआर कोडमार्फत अन्तरदेशीय भुक्तानीको सुविधा प्रदान गरेको छ। यस संशोधनपछि निम्न सुविधाहरू उपलब्ध भएका छन्: - विद्युतीय प्रणालीमार्फत भुक्तानी: विद्युतीय कार्डबाहेक ई–बैंकिङ, मोबाइल बैंकिङ, अन्तरबैंक भुक्तानी र क्यूआर कोडमार्फत सटही, वस्तु तथा सेवा बिक्री गर्न तथा रेमिट्यान्स भित्र्याउन मिल्ने। Nepal Rastra Bank has amended the ‘Unified Circular–080’ issued to licensed foreign exchange entities to allow international payments through QR codes. Following this amendment, the following facilities have been made available: - Payments through Electronic Systems: In addition to electronic cards, e-banking, mobile banking, interbank payments, and QR codes can be used for exchange, sales of goods and services, and remittance inflows.

चालू आवमा बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाहरूको कर्जा प्रवाह खस्किएको छ। मौद्रिक नीतिले ११.५% कर्जा प्रवाह गर्ने लक्ष्य राखेपनि, बैंकहरूले मात्र ४.७% कर्जा प्रवाह गर्न सके। बैंकहरूसँग करिब ७ खर्ब रुपैयाँ लगानीयोग्य रकम भएपनि पुँजीकोष दबाबका कारण कर्जा प्रवाह गर्न नसकेका हुन्। पुँजीकोष अनुपात ८.५% आवश्यक भएपनि ५ वटा बैंक दबाबमा छन्। आर्थिक सुस्तता र कर्जाको कम मागका कारण बैंकहरूले अपेक्षित रूपमा कर्जा प्रवाह गर्न सकेका छैनन्। निक्षेप ६३ खर्ब रुपैयाँ नाघेको र बैंकिङ प्रणालीमा ९९ अर्ब रुपैयाँ अधिक तरलता रहेको छ। औसत सीडी रेसियो ७९% र अन्तरबैंक ब्याजदर ३% रहेको छ। In the current fiscal year, banks and financial institutions in Nepal have achieved only a 4.7% increase in loan disbursement, falling short of the 11.5% target set by monetary policy. Despite having NPR 700 billion in investable funds, capital adequacy pressures and reduced loan demand have hindered loan disbursement. The primary capital adequacy ratio requirement of 8.5% is affecting five banks. Deposit growth has reached NPR 6.3 trillion, with excess liquidity of NPR 99 billion. Recent data shows total deposits at NPR 6.316 trillion and loan investments at NPR 5.160 trillion. The average CD ratio is 79%, and the interbank interest rate is 3%.

अब व्यवसायीक कारोबार बापतको रकम व्यक्तिगत खातामा जम्मा गर्न नपाइने भएको छ। आन्तरिक राजस्व विभागले एक सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी गर्दै सो नियम कार्यान्वयनमा आएको जानकारी गराएको हो। आर्थिक विधेयक, २०८१ बाट आयकर ऐन, २०५८ को दफा ८१ क. थप भई व्यावसायिक कारोबार बापतको रकम व्यक्तिगत खातामा जम्मा गर्न नपाइने विज्ञप्तिमा जानकारी गराएको छ। यस्तो व्यवस्था कार्यान्वयन नगरिएमा हरेक पटक पाँच हजार रूपैयाँ वा कुल कारोबार रकमको दुई प्रतिशत मध्ये जुन बढी हुन्छ, सो रकम शुल्क लाग्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको विभागले जनाएको छ।Business transaction amounts can no longer be deposited into personal accounts. According to the notice, Section 81A has been added to the Income Tax Act, 2058, through the Economic Bill, 2081, which prohibits depositing business transaction amounts into personal accounts. The department has stated that if this regulation is not followed, a penalty of either five thousand rupees for each instance or two percent of the total transaction amount, whichever is higher, will be imposed.

The government has set the capital gains tax rate at 7.5% for short-term investors and 5% for long-term investors.
