विजय लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडको एफपीओ पुस २१ देखि खुला विजय लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले पुस २१ गतेदेखि थप सार्वजनिक निष्कासन (एफपीओ) मार्फत साधारण शेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याउने भएको छ। संस्थापक र सर्वसाधारण शेयरधनीबीच ७०ः३० को स्वामित्व अनुपात कायम गर्न लघुवित्तले एफपीओ निष्कासन गर्न लागेको हो। सारथि लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था र विजय लघुवित्तबीच मर्जर सम्पन्न भएपछि लघुवित्तको चुक्ता पुँजी ७४ करोड ५० लाख ४० हजार ३५९ रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। मर्जरपश्चात संस्थापक र सर्वसाधारण समूहको शेयर स्वामित्व अनुपात ७४.३९ः२५.६१ प्रतिशत कायम भएकाले सो असन्तुलन समायोजन गर्न थप साधारण शेयर सार्वजनिक गर्न लागिएको लघुवित्तले जनाएको छ।Vijaya Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited to Issue FPO from Poush 21 Vijaya Laghubitta Financial Institution Limited has announced that it will issue Further Public Offering (FPO) of ordinary shares starting from Poush 21. The FPO is being issued to maintain a 70:30 shareholding ratio between promoters and the general public. Following the successful merger between Sarathi Laghubitta Financial Institution and Vijaya Laghubitta, the institution’s paid-up capital has reached NPR 745.04 million. After the merger, the shareholding structure stood at 74.39 percent for promoters and 25.61 percent for the public. To correct this imbalance and bring the ownership ratio to the required level, the institution has decided to issue additional ordinary shares through an FPO.
